I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the amazing doorman, Ozgur, whose warm smile instantly made us feel welcome. Throughout our stay, Ozgur ensured that we had no trouble getting taxis to our desired locations, communicating with the drivers to ensure smooth and hassle-free rides. It was truly comforting to know that someone cared about our well-being in a foreign country. Another standout member of the hotel staff was Ceyda, the lovely lady at the reception. Even when there was a bit of confusion during check-in, she patiently and calmly explained everything to us with a smile. We were pleasantly surprised to find a special treat in our room to celebrate our birthdays, thanks to Ceyda's thoughtfulness. She also handled any issues we raised with utmost professionalism and always with a smile. I apologize for not noting the name of the lady who accompanied us to our room, but she was equally friendly and helpful. Our breakfast experience was truly delightful, thanks to Gokhan, who introduced us to the local way of making menmen eggs, which were absolutely amazing. Gokhan greeted us every morning with a smile, and by the second day, he already knew exactly how we liked our tea and coffee. This attention to detail was truly impressive. I must also mention Ibrahim, who went out of his way to source the cranberry juice that we liked, even though it wasn't readily available. It's the small gestures like these that made our stay truly memorable. We decided to indulge in the club lounge experience by paying extra, and I must say it was worth every penny. Mekai, the staff member in the club lounge, went above and beyond with the drinks service, ensuring that we had everything we needed.

The location is great although on the quiet side (Asya -side) so as a tourist be careful with the taxi drivers trying to charge you double to cross the bridge. Check with hotel how much it is to cross the bridge tunnel / over and note this.

The hotel’s facilities greatly enhanced my business trip, offering elegant meeting spaces and an invigorating environment for both work and relaxation. Additionally, the culinary experience, particularly the diverse breakfast offerings, was impeccable, also thanks to the attentive service provided by Mahmud. The fitness and pool areas were well-equipped, providing a perfect balance of activity and relaxation. However, the true highlight of my stay was the exceptional service from the staff. Ahmet and Cüneyd at the reception, along with Emre and Alatay, the reservation managers, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was not only comfortable but truly memorable. Their professionalism and warmth significantly contributed to the overall excellence of my experience. In summary, the Address Istanbul Hotel marries comfort, luxury, and outstanding service, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. I wholeheartedly recommend it and extend my sincere thanks to the staff for their exceptional hospitality.

A little hard to get to the old part of Istanbul but great local amenities

Our stay at the Address Istanbul was to our satisfaction. The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The bathroom shower was the best we have experienced compared to any other hotels we have stayed at. Perfect water pressure and temperature. Direct access from the hotel into Emaar Mall was so convenient. This mall has luxury shops and amazing food, as well as a supermarket. Ozgur the Doorman was extremely helpfull throughout our stay, from making sure our shopping gets sent up to our room, to fetching our rental car from the hotel basement free parking which was actually a bonus. Check Out was a breeze and Ozgur used his expert skills to pack our luggage into our car. We would definitely stay at the Address Istanbul again on our next visit.

The restaurant, in particular, deserves praise for its delicious food and attentive staff, adding to the overall memorable experience. It’s on the Asia side so it takes times to get to the tourist places. Traffic plays a big part with this!

We stayed at Address Istanbul 4 weeks ago during Bayram holidays. We had a truly excellent stay and a wonderful experience. Everything was simply perfect. Every single person of the staff, whether from concierge, reception, restaurant, room service or housekeeping was extremely professional and friendly. Special Thanks to Mr. Kaan for his hospitality, his kindness and his friendliness. Obviously after experiencing the luxury stay at Address Hotel, for our next visit to Istanbul we will never be able to stay at any other hotel. We can't wait till our next visit.

The rooms nice and breakfast

The lady who check us in wad rude , than she transferred us to a guy , i was booked 2 rooms which means its for 4 persons, with breakfast they told me no your booked for each room 1 person, and i show them i booked new booking with breakfast for 1 persons and 2 persons same price .
