Nice location near the huge mall with shops, cafes and restaurants, 10 minutes by walk. If you interested in long staying, more than few days, and not interested to be close to tourists areas, it is very good place. The room is fine, clean and has enough space for relaxing and work. There are nice place inside hotel, such beautiful library and cosy cafe on the top of the building. Breakfast is good.

Hotel rooms equipped with medical alarm, which was malfunctioned in our room and alarmed twice(because of some technical problems) in the middle of the night. It was two sleepless nights before they fixed that, because every time it alarmed some paramedic made phone call to our room and ask permission to enter to fix it. Other thing, our transfer to the airport was late for 30 minutes. It is obliviously because of traffic, but be aware about it, if you want to get to airport at time. Windows were very dirty.

Antwell Suits is an exceptional place to stay. My experience has been comfortable, nice, and friendly. Mustafa has helped us a lot, and his colleagues were also very helpful.

My stay at Antwell Hotel was truly excellent. Everything was perfect: the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable, providing a great stay experience. The restaurant is also very convenient, offering high-quality dishes. Some options, like the salmon fillet and the breakfast selection, were absolutely impeccable. The only minor downside is the location, which is a bit out of the way, but Uber makes it easy to get around. Overall, a flawless experience with nothing negative to report. I highly recommend this hotel!

A Perfect Stay – Truly Deserves 5 Stars! We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding – everything was spotless and maintained to the highest standards! The food was simply exceptional: diverse, fresh, and incredibly delicious. It exceeded all our expectations – a true culinary experience. Huge compliments to the kitchen team! What truly made our stay unforgettable was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. A special shoutout to Vedat and Eren, who provided us with outstanding service in the restaurant. Their attention to detail and care made us feel like we were dining in a 5-star establishment. Thank you for an amazing experience – we will definitely come back again!

Everything was perfect

The room was pretty clean (except of some taller areas, where I had to clean myself). The breakfast was ok - some more variety from one day to another plus some sweets would had been appreciated. The parking was big and ok.

It did not feel like a 4-star hotel. The toiletries were very low quality, and no bathrobe was provided. One of the pillow cases had a big yellow stain, the bedsheet was short, not covering the entire bed, and the mattress cover had a hole in it. The hotel is very far from the touristic area, so I would not recommend it for ones who want to visit the touristic parts of Istanbul. The bed was not ok, after a week spent here I left with a terrible back pain.

The location of the hotel is ideal for me, and the parking is spacious. I felt very safe during my stay, and the staff were incredibly cooperative and helpful. In particular, Berkey went above and beyond to assist me. Torik and Ardo were also very kind and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for any future visits.

It's not a complaint or anything, but I kinda wish they had a Turkish coffee maker (Cezve) in this hotel room. It would be so nice to have some authentic Turkish coffee in the morning.

We had a great stay for New Year's. Welcomed by friendly staff, especially the piccolo on duty on 30.12 afternoon (I don't know hos name)! Food was very delicious and the variet at breakfast was great. The view from our room on 8th floor was amazing! We did get paid a visit by the police on New Year's Eve though, which, a long story short, turned out to be due to a mistake and name similarities, but we are thankful to Mr. Arda, who was at the front desk that night and helpfed with translation and communication with the police. Apologies, Arda, for any inconcenience this brought to your shift routine!

We stayed with the family for 4 days in the 2 bedroom suite. Thank you Mr. Tarik for warm welcome, helpful assistance. Excellent location if you are not first time in Istanbul. Very close to Emaar square shopping mall. Very nice breakfast, excellent restaurant service. We had room on 4th floor, with beautiful view. Very big suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 showers and nice kitchen.

The only negative point is water in the shower, was getting cold quite quickly. Can’t use it anymore for sometime if one person took a shower before you.

- wonderful staff: Mustafa, Samet, Volcan, Taric (sorry if I missed some letter in names) and the others - they are very involved to help with everything, they answered for all our questions and they suggested many tips related to our visit in Turkey (how to get IstanbulCard, how and where to get HGS for our car, etc) - safety parking, I could drive on it by myself, parking supervised by guard staff at the parking entry - very comfy everything: beds, bathroom, living room, easy access from underground parking with our luggage directly to the elevator - I like it - delicious meals, especially prepared by the cook - fresh made omelette, besides - many types of bread, cheese, vegetables, fruits and even peanuts and of course great Turkish tea - georgous view from the terrace - library - there were so many nice points but I'm sorry, didn't remember everything :)

- one point - cleaning service opened our room main door even if we marked "do not disturb" on the entry display - unacceptable

Perfect for family, very organised, well kept hotel. The facilities are excellent and the rooms were very clean. Staff were extra nice and very helpful from the start to end of our stay. We stayed 28 nights, and I don't have even one complaint. Well done to Antwell and their amazing staff. And a very quiet hotel. Large beautiful shopping mall nearby, less than 10 mins walk.

There are no shower shelves in the shower, so you need to place your kits on the floor. We didn't get double bed, two twin beds were put together. The rest is perfect.
