We are staying in the hotel not the first time and always recommend this place. Good, rooms and service are good compare to price. Nearby you can find a lot of restaurants/cafe/grocery shops and big shopping center Emaar.

We’ve been there during the earthquake and the only thing we struggle that staff didn’t inform anyone or react that everyone needs to leave, we first time meet this situation and didn’t even understand what is going on and what to do. We recommend to teach staff how to communicate with the guests during this situation, also people was going down by elevator why they were still turned on?

Very clean facility with fully equipped kitchen,perfectly clean toilets with all amenities and comfortable beds. View of city line from our suite and from terrace deck, we enjoyed pool and sauna and more breakfast was so delicious and absolutely fresh. Walking distance from shopping centre. We walked to emmar almost everyday of our stay to shop and try variety of food outlets

Although the indoor pool was empty when we visited with kids but it's not suitable for kids to have fun particularly if other guests are enjoying the facility as well. We booked through booking .com which showed it as breakfast included however that was not the case and we had to pay for breakfast separately.

The staff are very attentive and will address your concerns immediately. We were first assigned a room with a weird smell, so we requested for a new room, and they responded immediately and re-assigned us a new room. We stayed at the 1-bedroom suite, which was very comfortable as it provided a lot of space as opposed to a standard hotel room. The hotel was very accessible and easy to get to via taxi/bus. There is also a shopping centre 10 minute-walk away.

The location is good as it is next to a highway to easy to get around via taxi. But there is not much around the neighborhood. You will have to do some exploring to get familiar.

I travelled to Istanbul for surgery and the majority of my time was spent in this hotel. The staff are incredibly accommodating, whatever you need no matter the time of night or day they are there to help. The food at the hotel is great and service is fast. I can’t thank them enough for everything and would recommend anyone to stay there, there are a lot of people there for surgery but also a lot there just for a holiday and the hotel has facilities suited to everyone. The rooms are always cleaned, water topped up everyday and the room kitchen & laundry facilities are great.

My stay at Antwell Hotel was truly excellent. Everything was perfect: the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable, providing a great stay experience. The restaurant is also very convenient, offering high-quality dishes. Some options, like the salmon fillet and the breakfast selection, were absolutely impeccable. The only minor downside is the location, which is a bit out of the way, but Uber makes it easy to get around. Overall, a flawless experience with nothing negative to report. I highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was perfect

The room was pretty clean (except of some taller areas, where I had to clean myself). The breakfast was ok - some more variety from one day to another plus some sweets would had been appreciated. The parking was big and ok.

It did not feel like a 4-star hotel. The toiletries were very low quality, and no bathrobe was provided. One of the pillow cases had a big yellow stain, the bedsheet was short, not covering the entire bed, and the mattress cover had a hole in it. The hotel is very far from the touristic area, so I would not recommend it for ones who want to visit the touristic parts of Istanbul. The bed was not ok, after a week spent here I left with a terrible back pain.

Everything is good

This is my first stay at this property, and I’ve been very pleased, which is why I decided to rebook after a short trip outside Istanbul. I’m currently at Antwell Suites until July 1, and everything is still excellent. However, I found the check-in process to be more convenient and welcoming during my first visit, as the staff was different. While the current staff is still good, it didn’t quite meet my expectations based on my previous experience. I believe it’s important to maintain the same level of service and attitude across all shifts.

Nice location near the huge mall with shops, cafes and restaurants, 10 minutes by walk. If you interested in long staying, more than few days, and not interested to be close to tourists areas, it is very good place. The room is fine, clean and has enough space for relaxing and work. There are nice place inside hotel, such beautiful library and cosy cafe on the top of the building. Breakfast is good.

Hotel rooms equipped with medical alarm, which was malfunctioned in our room and alarmed twice(because of some technical problems) in the middle of the night. It was two sleepless nights before they fixed that, because every time it alarmed some paramedic made phone call to our room and ask permission to enter to fix it. Other thing, our transfer to the airport was late for 30 minutes. It is obliviously because of traffic, but be aware about it, if you want to get to airport at time. Windows were very dirty.
