Good value for money, got a free upgrade to junior suite, quite, free water at arrival

I have been told the room will be cleaned every 2nd day if I do not request a daily cleaning (by putting a yellow card on a door handle). I decided every 2nd day is fine, but in 4 days nobody came to clean it There is a not a lot to do around

Perfrect receptionists! location , parking , access to Viaport outlet mall - are among other good things . bed is very compfortable !

Room is Good value for money. Breakfast is okay for the price. CONS: some kind of problem with water pipes - very strange and loud noises during midnight, which made me wake up several times. Also, walls are very thin and any movement or speaking in corridor can be disturbance for sleep or relaxing.

It is a beautiful apartment in the city center with several rooms! Very stylish and clean! The host are quick to answer and very freindly! I do recommend it to anybody who visiting the city. Definitely will be back!

I like that Park Inn defined as a standard to clean the room only every second day. This is really a contribution to the Environment. Of course choose dayly cleaning as well. So in the end it is your decision. But in the past there was no possibility to significantly reduce the Service Level. Very well done!

1. Very comfortable and clean(Junior room was extremely spacious) 2. Peaceful and quiet. Came back to hotel late at night with no issues at all! 3. Really nice staff and always there to help, felt very welcomed! 4. Facilities were great(gym open till 23h).

1. No dedicated restaurant - associated restaurant(Saçkin Et) was a bit pricey and will add additional stuff to your menu, be careful when ordering, double check when food is coming to your table if you do not want unwanted surprises on your bill. 2. Hotel(Atasahir) is a bit far from main Istanbul parts(sultanhamet, Eminonü, Taksim, Besiktas...). You have to take bus/metro via bridge to get to those places, but once you get used to the transport system, it's very easy to go to and from hotel.

Attentive and supportive front office. Due to my genius-level I am always upgraded to the suite. In the neighborhood there are supermarkets and fast-food places.

Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Area is quiet so you can sleep with no disturbance. Parking facility is really good and safe. Staff are polite and helpful. Beds are really comfortable. Has a McDonalds and many other places to eat in walking distance too.

Lighting in the rooms should have been a bit more.

I’m regular customer with radisson blu group for years and this is the first time that I’m I staying for 9 nights in park inn atasahier with excellent accommodations and reception personnel services. First of all I would like to thank Mr. Cahit for his dedication, supportive, and resolving issues. He is customer oriented and always satisfying the customers. There is an issue with house keeping that the hotel management needs to fix it to make sure rooms are cleaned daily. The pillows and mattresses are over used and need to be replaced with new one. I checked out the hotel for couples of days and will come back again because of Mr. Cahit fixed all issues and made my stay comfortable.

The hotel was very nice in a good location with lots of local shops and restaurants just walking distance away. It also has good bus links for adventurous people to sample the experience.

The hotel uses a local taxi company that are scam artists, we used the company twice and on both occasions ripped me off. The prices are cheap compared to UK, but they never want to accept the meter reading and want to inflate the price by an extra 200 turikish lira (£10). I would have happily tipped them the amount tbh. But the experience didn't quite ruin the stay but tainted it. Overall Turkish people were nice and welcoming 🙏.
