Rooms were clean, people come everyday to change the towels, bathroom was clean too. They call taxis if you need. The staff was very friendly too.

I did like this loft style hotel, staff was friendly, kind and made an effort to help me on this stay. Pricing for drinks and food are beyond affordable.

Some of the finished product still needed work, there was an issue with the patio door, lights in the kitchen were not working right and there were just little finishes that needed to be improved on

Jacuzzi and stunning view through the window. The room style and mirrors are amazing. If you come with a right person and an excellent mood it’s a great choice.

1. Faucet didn’t work, we had to jump under the sink-basin to open and close water in order to wash our hands. 2. The toilet seat was broken. It lived its own life separately from toilet. 3. Jacuzzi plug didn’t work we had to make some effort to open it in order to flush the water. 4. 2 small bottles of water in the room. 250 or 330ml I don’t really remember. That’s the firs time when I’ve got water smaller than 0,5 l in a room. 5. We had to call twice or three time to get iron, breakfast, and extra service in the room. The iron was brought in 1 hour and a half. 6. In the room description on Booking.com was said that bathrobes were available in the room but a receptionist said they don’t have such service even for extra money.

all staff members were friendly and helpful. cigdem was very helpful and available upon call . front desk staff also care about your requests .

I just advise to change the carpet .

The suite was amazing with all the facilities and automatic luxuries. The rooftop view was great at night and the staff was awesome. Kenan was SO helpful with communication with the language barrier

For it to be a presidential suite it was rather ragged. Shower head was lose, carpets had tons of stains, table broken,etc. Just needs a redo
