The staff were the best thing about my trip, even though they didn't speak English they tried their best to help me with any questions I had by using Google translate. They were very helpful, especially Sait who gave me detailed directions and instructions on how to get to the city centre and always asked how I was when I was in reception. The room had good air con and was very clean, the beds and the lounge area were very comfortable.

If I had to say a negative it would probably be the small fridge, it was more like a mini bar than a proper refrigerator so I couldn't buy too much shopping that needed to be kept cold but this is only a small negative and only really affects someone who would be spending a lot of time in the room.

Well… I am just going to say I stayed at another hotel under the same chain which was Cityloft 81 which is basically across the street. I am this property Cityloft 64 may not have rooftop eating area. But I would say it’s extremely way cleaner then 81 the room are way much better. I love that it has a fridge a clean and update bathroom, a microwave and more space.

I didn’t like there is no TV in the bedroom or no English channels on the TV in the living. The sofa has some bleach stains on it and There isn’t a restaurant or room service.

I would say I like the cost, location, the staff and the rooms. The lady at the front desk Ozlem made my stay very comfortable. I appreciate her and everything she has done.

Only thing I can recommend is that is they have a TV in the room and a restaurant on site. Oh yes to have at least a few English channels or perhaps Netflix so users can log into their account.
