Very clean and comfortable bed, good location and pleasant staff. There was no ocean view but it’s located in a few blocks away. One time I horrified to find that I forgot to closed my security box before I left the room that day but there was nothing missing! It could have turned into a horrible vacation but thank goodness for the housekeeper. Thank you for being honest.

Only thing I could say about was that the room door shuts so hard and I can feel when neighboring room door shut. Sometimes it was so loud my sister and I jumped.

Very obliging staff with request for extra bed. Bright and welcoming. Even though there was notification on the room re conservation of the environment- towels wouldn't be changed everyday....they were. Not expecting room to be serviced each day but it was. Even though my heavy suitcase was left on the bed, staff still managed to make it up and what's more left a note apologising for it not being made correctly. Position of the hotel is great. Tour buses, local transport etc stop out the front or very close by. There is a restaurant out the front of the hotel, one just on the corner that played live music and a great shop that sold everything you could possibly want for an inexpensive stay.

Staff was friendly but parking is limited after 9 or 10 but also the cheapest fee compared to other hotels. I love the quality and especially the size of the top load washers. The dryers were also very good quality and the price for washers and dryers are affordable especially for the time. My family's clothes washed well and dryers give enough time to dry. Rugs, shower head look a bit outdated but overall we enjoyed our stay here at Ramada thank you so much.

Parking was way too tight which makes for big risks of other damaging others car just from trying to exit our own vehicles

Parking on site was open parking so it was not difficult to park compared to the first hotel I had stayed where it was multi-storey. The staff arranged adjoining rooms for my family. Rooms were much better than I had expected (given the reviews that I read). Beds were comfy. Air-con was not really loud as some reviews mentioned. Slept very well coz it was not noisy.

Limited parking if we returned late. Had to park in the spillover parking lot and one night even had to park at a multi storey carpark two blocks away (turned out there was a short cut that I could take when walking back to Ramada but google map did not show that). There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom (or broken??)

The location was fantastic, the staff was friendly, parking onsite, for an added $28 per night which is standard for the area. The room had a microwave and little fridge which was very nice to have. It's a quick walk anywhere on the West side of Waikiki and the Ala Moana beaches. The city view balcony was wonderful.

No breakfast available. Honolulu is extremely expensive, getting a hotel with breakfast included is a huge benefit.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Even though I arrived a day earlier than my reservation due to crossing the international date line, they quickly ensured I had a room for the night—despite the mix-up being my fault. The hotel offers a convenient self-service laundry room located next to the pool, which is great because you can enjoy a swim while waiting for your laundry. There's also a bus stop right in front of the hotel that provides easy access to major points of interest, and the beach is less than a five-minute walk away.

While the hotel is well-located, it feels somewhat outdated, as if stuck in the past decade. A refresh or modernization in the coming years would greatly enhance the experience. The air conditioning unit was also very noisy at night, forcing me to turn it off in order to sleep more comfortably.

Location is perfect! Right beside the Hawaiian village where I was attending a conference for the week. There are loads of shops in the Hawaiian Village and the beach is on the doorstep so it is a perfect location either way! It is also only a short walk to luxury row, the Royal Hawaiian Centre, other shops, restaurants and the mall at Ala Moana. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was excellent (water was hot and the pressure was strong). The room was turned down every day and extra towels were also provided every day. Staff are very friendly. Hotel is lovely and quiet.

Decor is slightly dated but honestly that is a minor issue! The cleanliness of the room, the shower and the location more than made up for it!

Location was central to a lot of shopping and eating places. The ABC store was a first experience for myself. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Cleaning staff was efficient and considerate. Enjoyed the free wifi for our entire stay. Room was clean and served its purpose, overlooking the main street Ala Moana. There was no end of stay tourism tax fee when we checked out. Convenient for those travelling on a budget. There is a restaurant right on the corner and the bus to Ala Moana is right outside the property. Making the drop off's convenient.

The protector part of the door swipe came off, so not sure if my arrival CC deposit for it was used to fix it.

It’s reliably clean, safe, accommodating. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They will hold your luggage for you if your plane arrives before check in or leaves after check out. Plus you get access to the second floor outdoor pool area if you are early or need to stay late. Which is just really nice so you don’t have to “kill time” til your flight. They also have laundry on site and a fresh water dispenser. Oh and every room has a mini fridge!
