Spacious and clean room with a really comfortable bed. Breakfast was very nice with lots of options. We were able to check in around midnight with no issues. Location was nice, considering you have to use a car everywhere in Los Angeles. There are food + coffee places around and also shops. Free parking.

There was no luggage storage, which is pretty weird, you only need a space with a lock on the door, it's not something special.

I liked that I could open the curtains during the day for sunlight & use the sheer curtains to have privacy, yet still have the natural light shine through. The shower soaps were convenient.

The table in front of the window & air conditioner I had to move for it was blocking the air the unit was blowing out. I received an unexpected & not wanted call on the room phone that startled me awake at 3am & on my only day off work when I wanted to sleep in. If I remembered that I had the option to be listed as unregistered guest, I would never have received a call from the front desk telling me a person was locked out of my room when I had no one staying with me at all & the person was falsely posing as my guest.

Customer Service was exceptional. I had several good communications via phone and messaging for a couple of days before my arrival at the hotel. They were able to answer all questions well. Upon arrival, they accommodated early check-in of one of my guests. Provided a roll-away bed with plenty of bedding, pillows, and extra towels. There were plenty of electrical outlets in accessible locations in the room. The hotel was very quiet even though it was full. It was clean inside and out although had a slight musky odor until we ran the air conditioner which was nicely quiet. The location is on a well-travelled and well-lit street, close to the freeway, close to dining opportunities, and Starbucks.

The decor is a little dated but not retro.

We were pleased that parking was included in the price, unlike most other locations. I was there in 2019, at the height of covid, and had the impression that the rooms and service had greatly improved. Not sure what had changed as far as the rooms go - but the service was a good surprise.

My suggestion (which could apply to most places, I suppose) would be to replace the single pane windows to at least double pane, greatly increasing the insulation and lowering long term heating/cooling costs.

I loved this property and would gladly stay again. I found the bed comfortable and everyone we stayed with said the pillows were heavenly! (We were a party of 6 staying in 3 separate rooms.) Normally I'm not able to sleep in a hotel, but I was comfortable and, most importantly, the hotel was super quiet, so I slept great! I like white noise when I sleep, and appreciated that the a/c had a 'constant fan' option to keep noise going all night. The rooms were clean and smelled great. Staff was friendly. Plenty of yummy breakfast options! Overall we were highly satisfied with this hotel. :)

The location was reasonably priced. Friendly staff. The AC unit was phenomenal. We stayed during the highest heat wave. It kept us cool and comfortable the entire stay. Our beds seemed smaller than anticipated, but we managed. Oh and the free breakfast, was pretty decent.

Wish we had a microwave in our room.. Having to share a microwave in the common areas, lobby and laundry room. Were an inconvenience, and we couldn't use it after 10pm.

At 5am, i awoke with terrible leg cramps because I'm diabetic and needed potassium. I called front desk and asked if there was a banana avail. They found one and brought it to me at 5 am!

Nothing, really. The room was nice and very clean, it was a quiet night, ample parking, price was great at $128 on a Saturday night. Breakfast was good, staff awesome.

Would have given 5 stars but noticed while walking on the carpet it just didn’t feel right. So I decided to wear soccer. I noticed that evening my socks were awful dirty, almost black, like I had been walking outside all day with only my socks on. It grossed me out. I don’t think the carpet has ever been cleaned.

both the girls at check-in and check out were extremely nice. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, soft pillows and the breakfast was surprisingly complete. I didn’t get out in the neighborhood. It didn’t look that nice but that didn’t matter to me. I was just there for a comfortable nights rest

Super silent mini refrigerator with separate freezer section, comfortable bed, Clean room and linens. The hotel was full and I did not hear any plumbing or flush noise from neighboring rooms, or any footsteps or human voices for that matter.

As a light sleeper I heard all the traffic running through the road that passes in front of the hotel. The AC makes the standard noise as any other in 99% of the hotels and motels in the US. I don't ever like the unhealthy menu of Best Western (continental) breakfast, which has been standardized all over the country. I didn't need one but, just so you know, they do not have microwaves in the rooms, however the guests can use the one at the Lobby.
