Staying here was a highlight of our trip to Denmark and Sweden. The location is absolutely beautiful, as we were checking in some wild deer wondered by, and later in the evening we watched a hedgehog scampering about, later we were allowed to pick some cherries growing on their tree for our picnic....the gardens are a lovely place to hang out and the area in general is so lovely and peaceful. I saw other reviews saying how nice the hosts are, but it's very difficult to comprehend just HOW nice they are!! We left feeling glad just to have met them - incredibly, genuinely nice people, very rare in today's world! Our room was way more than a room - downstairs we had a little kitchen and dining table as well as the bathroom, and the loft where our bedroom was was huge and warm and very comfortable. Finally, the breakfast was very good and included quite a few different options (cold) - we really enjoyed sitting in the breakfast room, enjoying the view in the morning.

It probably says so very clearly somewhere but there were no toiletries, which we have got used to expecting. But the host was kind enough to lend us some of her own shampoo as we had not come prepared enough.

From the moment I pulled into the little courtyard, I was enchanted. It's an old vicarage associated with the nearby church. The buildings were in lovely condition. I was quickly greeted and shown to my room. A bright space, comfortable bed, and grand views of garden and sea. Breakfast was expansive and the staff were some of the absolutely most friendly and accommodating I've seen in a long time.

I can't think of a single thing that even irritated me let alone crossed into 'dislike'.

The place is perfect and was by far the best on our bike-tour through Denmark! We felt very comfortable, and it was a pleasure to meet the open-minded, humorous and friendly hosts Anette & Filipe (and their grandchildren). The guesthouse is so nice and beautiful, comfortable, also the garden and surroundings,.. we went for a swim as the hotel lies on the sea with a swimming area .. the breakfast was WOW! and finally: a well-stocked fridge with wine+ fine beers .. thanks for the stay!

The owners were a wonderful couple who knows how to host their guests and make them feel happy to be at their property. The property is located in a gorgeous piece of land with a wonderful lawn and private beach. And no so far by car from a very nice little town, Præstø

We were not lucky and got the last room available which was too small, and a result the bed was also too small. We also had a separate and shared bathroom one floor down, which was not ideal. That made the stay a pricey a bit too pricey for that room. I however understand that all other rooms are much bigger and with their own bathrooms.

Location, wonderful, peaceful atmosphere, nice hosts who take care of this place and guests with joy and passion. Parking spaces, delicious breakfast, private access to the sea, beautiful and well-kept garden.I highly recommend the place.

The warmth of Annette and Philip makes this stay unforgettable. Breakfast is superb, service so personal, the place is very relaxing and quiet in a beautiful piece of nature.

What a wunderful place to stay. The owner are warmhearted, helpful and nice people. The house is equiped with a lot of nice things. The bed is perfect and all is comfortable. I got a little dinner and an icepack for my hurted knie. I can recommend this house absolutely
