Everything was as described here on booking and we found it very lovely. Additonal positive surprises were the easy and comfortable check-in - we arrived after the reception hours and found the key and all necessary information in an envelope at the counter. The breakfast was very good and I can´t understand why some people have complained in their reviews. There was an excellent variety of choice for eveything - several types of spread, cheese, cold cuts, marmelade, juices, bread... and in addition yoghurt, fresh fruit and cereals. The scrambled egg was indeed not the best, but then again, you can have everything else. Another nice surprise was the take-away goodie bag with two apples and water which we got during check-out. Moreover we slept very nicely in comfortable beds. I would come again!

The room was only superficially clean and we spotted quite some dust, hair and spider webs in the not-so-easy-to rech corners. The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbours talk, so brin earplugs to be sure.

The breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice of breads and toppings, great pastries and the scrambled egg was gorgeous. Not keen on the bacon but that is my personal taste not the quality of the product.

The only thing I would comment on is that the TV from the next room could be heard in my room. Earplugs solved that issue tho and as I'm used to wearing them to sleep it was fine.

Beautiful location on the lake shore, very clean room, beds and sheets. Nice inhouse reataurant. Kind personnel. And unique: a bag with something to eat and drink for the dat ahead when leaving.

Nice hotel in beautiful scenery. Easy to get there. Lot of free parking. Nice atmosphere in the hotel. Lobby with lot of chairs. Free coffee in the lobby. Downstairs bar with pool table, TV and fitness room. Good breakfast. Room absolutely ok. Short driving distance to Aarhus. We definitely will book again when we come back to Aarhus.

Well the bathroom could be bigger and modern but still ok. For a longer stay a fridge would be nice.

Excellent breakfast served at a conveniently early time. Coffee available from reception included with room rate. Nice shower room. Situated in a very picturesque area, right on my walking route.

Great location just above a beautiful lake, easy to get to, good restaurant on site, very friendly staff, parking available free of charge, clean rooms.

The hotel is not exactly new anymore and has the feel of a youth hostel with Spartan accommodations (small room, very small beds (width 80cm?), small bathroom, no extras such as a coffee maker.)

The quiet location on the lake was fantastic. The staff were friendly & helpful. The bed was comfortable. The drinks were reasonably priced compared to other hotels.
