The hotel was surprisingly confortable considering the price range. Bedroom was big, bathroom was nice, and there was a great window with a view to the sunset. Pretty cool! It's worth mentioning that the hotel is a little distant from the center of Aarhus, and there isn't much to do around it. I chose it specifically because it was close to the event I would attend (Northside). Regardless, it is very close to a bus station (basically across the street) where you can take one of the many buses that go downtown, so, you probably woudn't take more than 20 minutes to reach the touristic part of the city anyway. Can't say anything about the breakfast, since it wasn't included in my reservation.

- can’t really blame the hotel for it but the guests above our room on the first night where quite noisy stomping and moving furniture! until almost midnight. second night we heard nothing but I guess just a warning that if you are a light sleeper you might hear other guests. Also curtains are not 100% light proof, not a problem for us though.

Last year I travelled by car and enjoyed the free parking, and this year I took public transport from Billund airport and it worked well. Many public transport connections from Viby Torv (it's best to use rejseplanen.dk to check connections), supermarket and dining possibilites around (mainly fast food but also a couple of restaurants), self check-in and receipt/invoice via email with no hustle.

Beds could be a bit bigger (in twin room) and more firm, but I slept well. If you travel by car remember that although Parking is Free for the lenght of your stay - you need to register your car in the parking slot at the reception of the hotel when you arrive. Very often there isn't anyone at the reception to remind you to do that and the self check-in process doesn't include a reminder for registering your car. You just have to remember to do that.

Easy to check in. No issues whatsoever. The room was cozier that expected. Info: you’ll have to ride the bus a lot staying in this hotel, but I think they also offer rentable bikes, which is nice. I didn’t use this service though.

The water from the shower runs from under the glass wall into the bathroom. Didn’t bother me much, but you should keep in mind to always lay down a towel in front of the shower.

The checking was fast, the receptionist was helpful. Easy to submit the parking request in their application. Overall it was an ok room.

Shower floor was crooked and looked unclean. The room was very very cold. While I do admit the radiators were off and after turning them on they were hot in around 30 minutes, the room did not heat enough until we left, the next day. The third bed(as we booked a triple room) was just a mattress on the floor. At least it was easy to move right next to the radiator , so at least the child did not freeze.

Easy to get to, free parking, grocery store and dine out options near by. Very quiet despite being on a major road. Easy to get to the city centre or outer areas of Aaurhus to explore. Appreciated the family room option with extra beds.

Wish there was a little kettle for making a cup of tea or coffee in the morning and a small bar fridge to store a few things in.

There were not enough wardrobes. Since its only 2 days, it was fine. But I would prefer some storage. There were no bath mats. So the bathrooms were wet always.

It was very clean. The staff was really helpful. The cleaning came every morning and changed the bedsheets if necessary, took out the trash and changed the towels if necessary. The beds were really comfortable and the blanket was so soft and cozy. Nice tv channels. Great bus connection to the city.

Room was very clean, very spacious for the 4 of us. Hotel isn't much to look at from the outside but is amazing inside. Amazing staff, helpful and friendly, cycle hire was easy and great fun. Location is right next to a bus stop that takes you directly into the city which is 5 minutes away. Great value for money.

Very good breakfast and comfortable beds. When we had a problem, there was a nice lady at the support line that helped us.

We arrived at 23:00 and there was no one at the reception and the check in machine was not working. There was a vomit in the elevator and there was one man bothering us. It would be nice if there is someone for these kind of situations and emergency.
