The house was very cute, in a nice quiet part of Aarhus, not hard to get to from the central station, and only a short train ride or walk to the centre of town, and a nice walk to the parkland near the shoreline. The house was a little older, but kept very clean, and had excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities. My room was very comfortable, and had a nice view. I met the owners Lily and Kaveh while I was staying there, and they were both very kind and had lots of suggestions about the area! If I ever get back to Aarhus I will definitely stay here again!

My only problem was that the automatic lights and fan in the bathrooms didn't stay on that long or the sensors weren't very sensitive, so I was left in the dark while showering once or twice! Not a big deal :)

The guesthouse is out of the center, so it is necessary to go by tram to the town. On the other hand, it is very close to the University, so we could walk to the conference. The guesthouse is situated in a small neighborhood of cozy wooden houses, but the main street with the tram line is close.

The description on the web says, that our room had twin bed and a bunk bed. In fact, there ia a double bed, not twin bed, there.

Very friendly welcoming, large room and everything we needed to for a couple of days in Aarhus. This part of Aarhus was both very calm and nice to walk about in. Walking distance to the city center, but also close to tram if you get tired (specially nice returning home after long day at ARoS!). Also walking distance to the beach! Easy parking, and wonderful garden!

Warm reception by the owner, had a small chat abot this and that. Stayed for 1.night only as an emergency due to burnt out apartment, but nice little 1 person room with comfortable bed.

Probably not a place for small children, but as I didn't bring any of those nothing really comes to mind.

Landlady of the house was very nice and helpful in terms of time of my arrival or locating a nearest shop etc. The house was clean and on a nice place close to the university for a decent price!

I am not sure but I think I was alone in the house with one or two male guests on the same floor, and I therefore did not feel hundred procent comfortable to share the bathroom. But that's rather a personal matter, I guess. :-)

We had a large room on the top floor with our own bathroom and own couch. There is a good well equipped kitchen downstairs, large dining area and lounge area. Our bicycles were stored outside in a private yard. 35 min walk to the centre.

A charming guest house, comfortable room. Well equipped. Great value for the money.

Shared bathroom is not very convenient when there are more people staying in the guest house. Sometimes one has to wait for a long time for shower/brushing teeth, etc. The fact that the shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom in any way and there is lot of water after taking shower is not very comfortable. (Take your flip-flops)

They are very kind and friendly. Even though I arrived late at night, they came to pick me up at the airport and helped me with my trip. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The area around the house was quiet, so I spent time in the garden soaking up the sunshine.

Bathroom/ shower was a bit cramped and impossible not to get water all over the floor, but manageable with a quick mop over afterwards. The only minor downside to this lovely accommodation.

Absolutely loved the view from my room and the quietness in the area. All of this while being close to the city center and easy to access. I also appreciated the apple tree and the garden in front of the house.

The finishing in my room wasn't the best, but it was much better than what I was expecting. The floor is also creaky and it is hard to move without waking others, especially at night.
