This was my second time in this hotel. Quite pleasant one, clean, comfortable even with small rooms. Great location. Good breakfast. I guess those are regular prices for Denmark, but compared to my impressions - it is actually good experience staying in this one. I never stayed with second person, I guess that will be too tight.

Only thing I did not like this time was that I got room on ground floor, that has its window looking at reception. So, If I want to open curtain to get day light, and undress for example, I couldn't because you can see everything from the reception. Hotel needs to find some solution for that, rather than one folding curtain. That cannot even cover all the light in the night.

Location was awesome, you step out and in the heart of the city.. Domkirke is across the street. The port is just around the corner. There is Food Hall where you can eat different food from many countries. Also there is Picolino Pizzeria nearby, very good pizza! Breakfast was nice. The view from breakfast terrace is amazing from the top floor. Staff were friendly and helpful to me. I was staying in the apartment, so i had a little kitchenette - microwave and a sink and some plates, cutlery - this was quite nice so I could warm up my pizza, etc. Teapot to make some warm tea.. So it was a quiet and peaceful stay, relaxing. Location is perfect!! Team is great!

The carpet in my room was a little old and not properly cleaned. I did ask for wet cleaning, but I don't think it was done, as it still looked a bit dusty to me. Otherwise, I was happy with my stay :D

The staff is very helpful and humble. They tried best in putting customer safety and comfort. The cleaning staff is very good. The location is amazing and within reach to centre. Each and every staff was very generous and kind. I personally would like to thank each one of staff for catering to me and my kid needs. Thanks 🙏

The room on 4th floor has little balconies, they should be cleaned or look after everyday, as when I moved in, I found a dead bird. Om ( staff ) was very kind to help me and took care of situation. Some people were sitting in balconies and smoking, please see to it that, it should not be allowed, as I have chosen non smoking hotel coz I don’t like smoke. Please add few options like nuts, fruits or pancakes for vegetarians.

Location fantastic you can walk to everything, welcoming reception area and staff were all helpful. VERY clean. Lovely comfy beds with crisp white linen. Nice to be able to open the window. Nice seating areas in reception. Lovely airy breakfast room....with some balcony seating ....lots of food choice, good quality and price.

The noise!!! Our room overlooked a refuse quadrangle.... the loud sound of big wheely rubbish bins being moved and filled drove us mad !! Frequently late at night and again early morning. So we didn't sleep. Rooms are not serviced every day...this is a bad post covid legacy who wants to make their own beds and look at full bins and wet towels on holiday? (You can request more frequent services but otherwise it's every three days) Need a mirror in the room near a plug.

In a good location with the room fairly comfortable and cosy. I have to say the Reception team was excellent, especially Markus, who went beyond what were his job entailments to help me with travel plans and other matters pertaining to my work the following day. I really appreciate his kindness and patience. Truth be said, I did see a few occasions where his colleagues and him were so brilliant towards other guests. Sometimes, you do not get such wonderful customer service in the most expensive and fanciest hotels! I travelled a lot, so, I am merely stating facts.

The location is great, right in the city center! I booked this place because it was a cheaper hotel option and I didn't feel like staying in a hostel this night so i found this. Fair enough the price was fairly decent and the room was clean.

The room did have the beds in description but it was like a lego house cramed in the space to fit everything. There just wasn't much space and the wet bathroom was like an airplane toilet. Understandably a cheaper option but I was unaware of just how tight everything was. Other than than it was a lovely place to stay having booked last minute

The location is perfect. Near the train station, close to the port and in the city center. The room for 1 or 2 persons is small but exactly like the picture. If you only need to sleep and a bathroom that is the hotel you need. Room and bathroom were very clean. I specifically demanded a quiet room since I arrived after a very long trip. Thanks to the hotel, they considered my request so I had the room far from the lift and with a window on the inner courtyard (and not on the noisy street). So I slept well on the mattress with no annoyance at all.

I could hear the people above me when they were taking showers. But not a problem since it was during decent hours.

I've now stayed here three different times and I will stay here again. You just can't fault the location, bang in the centre is just perfect 👍. For what you pay, it's good value for money. The rooms are small, so if you're looking to book a week or more. Then maybe you'll want to look elsewhere. As storage for your clothes is limited. Breakfast offers a good choice, mainly continental but did have meatballs.

Water pressure from the bathroom, tap was more like a drip. The shower was excellent and my friends room had no problems at all. So if the owner is reading this, room 137 has a problem.

We received a room on the 4th floor with two bunk beds. The lamp on the upper bed wasn’t working. We reported it to the reception, and they gave us another room on the ground floor, which had a view towards the reception. We wanted to go in and take a shower, but we noticed that the window blind couldn’t be pulled all the way down. We reported it again to the reception, and around 11 PM, they moved us to a spacious suite with a large bathroom and apologies for everything.

The room was adorable. We got the standard room, but it was perfect for the two of us. The bathroom was clean, the bed was clean and super soft. There was a kettle for making some coffee provided by the hotel, and to start your day with. The staff was helpful and super nice. You can store your luggage at the hotel, though it's one big luggage room, so be a bit careful, even though I'm sure nothing will be stolen, just don't leave any bags open. The hotel is in central Aarhus, so it's easy to see different parts of the city.

The shower drain wasn't working that well, but since we only had to stay for one night, it wasn't a big deal, but if you're staying for longer, I highly reccomend you tell the front desk :) Other than that, the room and hotel is amazing.
