The hotel is located on the harbour front and it was really picturesque (we were lucky with the amazing whether). The room had plenty of space, it was easy to check in even without personnel. Right next door there is a small area with a harbour café, which has plenty to offer for simply enjoying the location. Easy to get to and from, also relatively close to Aarhus old town. The hotel caters to simple travelling and provides all the necessities, also free coffee!

Not a drawback, but a point - this hotel does not cater to a luxury travel.

The location is superb!

There was confusion on our arrival as to which room was ours. We were able to reach someone remotely who was able to help us. Booking.com should give more specific info on the check in and parking rules. Also, we never received notice that breakfast is a surcharge and now we are being billed after the fact. The breakfast is very nice and the price is fair, but we should have taken care of this in advance to avoid being scolded a bit for not having paid.

Nice self-service hotel right at the harbour in Århus. Perfect if you are taking the ferry early the next morning. The instructions to check in were clear and straight forward. The rooms were big and beds comfortable. Nice common area to sit and where you can get free coffee and tea. Breakfast was options were limited to the essentials, but ok. Free parking.

While the room was clean, the towels could have been cleaner. Since there was no staff around, we could not get another one. The cups in the common area were not completely clean and the giant open bowls of sugar and creamer were not very hygienic, in my opinion.

Wow!!! The location is absolutely stunning. We arrived on a beautiful sunny day and our jaws hit the floor as it is simply beautiful. The hotel was peaceful with a very spacious room. It had just been cleaned when we arrived so smelt very clean of bleach. We had a wonderful view of the harbour and enjoyed a walk around and a few gin & tonics at the bar in the evening. Would also recommend the homemade ice-cream. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there in the future.

Not really a huge thing but a kettle in the room would be great, although you could go and help yourself to drinks in the breakfast area. Didn't want to leave and wished we had booked for longer.

The location is amazing, the simplicity of the code system is easy to work with, staff was very helpful when I had a question in regards to the parking, sound insulation was pretty good.

Too little power outlets. Both the toilets that were not in the room (in the shared space) had broken ceiling lights, and seemingly for an extended time. The shower alcove was a little weird, and several times caused us to slip down the edge (it's lowered from the remaining floor)

The room was great, larger than I'd expected and well laid out. It was also fairly quiet, again not really expected right on the waterfront. I got a good sleep, excellent views, and had a nice walk in the surrounding area. The coffee machine in the entrance hall provided coffee etc 24/7.

You are sent a doorcode that does BOTH your room door and the outer door. I didn't understand this from the instructions. I found the breakfast foods to be only medium quality.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The location is also beautiful. I had a very nice view from my window. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and nice.

The distance from the centre of Aarhus: this hotel is far away from the centre of Aarhus. The breakfast: maybe I expected that there would be a little more different kinds of food (for example more spreads, more kinds of bread, more kinds of juice-not just one, more kinds of cereals etc).

The location by the water is fantastic as is having several restaurants and the ice creamery right there. The room is spacey and the bed very comfy. The breakfast was good. A big plus is the free tea and coffee offered 24 h. The distance to the city centre is a 20 min walk, which is perfectly fine.

The self-check-in was a little confusing at first.

Lovely location by the water in Aarhus and very easy to get out to the Infinity Bridge and beach. You won't interact with any staff here, but getting into the room and getting breakfast in the morning was all relatively easy.

We were in a ground-floor room facing out on to the Marina, which didn't feel very private.

Location great, right on the marina with good cafes. 25 mins to walk to the city centre. Clean rooms, friendly staff.

Room on the ground floor by the carpark meant we had to have the curtains shut all the time to stop people seeing in. Staff from the building next door started slamming the entrance door from 8am, right next to our room.
