Great location, lots of eateries around and only a short walk to the city centre. Easy to walk to Den Gamle By, the university, botanic gardens, Aros and the sea. Easy bike hire for longer trips, and bus stops all around. Very easy access to apartment, with a code which worked perfectly. Very helpful staff contactable by text, who always answered within a few minutes. Good quality kitchen equipment, and well equipped. Large, comfortable bed with good quality linen. Very clean.

Situated on a busy road, so if very warm weather it would be noisy with the windows open (triple glazing, so didn’t hear any road noise at night with windows closed). A portable air conditioning unit is provided in the room.

The hotel is beautifully designed in a modern Nordic style, exactly as shown in the photos. My individual requests, like a quieter room and early check-in, were accommodated without any issues. The location is ideal – just outside the touristy center of Aarhus, with all key spots within walking distance, including a 20-minute walk to the train station. Customer service was outstanding: although no staff is on-site, responses via message were always fast, helpful, and very friendly. I was very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel is located on a larger street with a bus stop directly in front. While I didn’t experience any noise in my room facing the back, street-facing rooms might be affected. Some lower-level rooms have small terraces – if neighboring guests are not considerate this could be potentially disturbing. In terms of the room, a few small details could be improved: the presence of an artificial plant felt out of place in an otherwise thoughtfully designed space. The bathroom lighting was quite harsh, with no softer option. The room had a long, narrow layout, which felt less cozy. And while the bathroom was spacious, there was very limited shelf space.

New, clean, close to the city center. The room was big enough and had a small space for kitchen (did not use it but seemed to have everything needed). I did not interact with any staff, everything was done online/via email or message and worked fine.

No AC so if you needed to leave the window open it was quite noisy. With the window closed only minimal noise from the street could be heard which did not disturb us. No parking, some public ones are available nearby but have low ratings. We parked on the nearby street and had no issue finding a place, the payed street parking is between 8-23.

This is a really nice apartment stay which my wife and I really enjoyed. The location is close enough to most attractions in Aarhus so that one can walk there. There is also a bus stop very conveniently located just outside the door to the apartment building. The building looks like it was recently renovated and everything felt new and very clean. We made use of the complimentary laundry facilities on site, which was very convenient. As for food, there are kitchen facilities inside the apartment (stove, oven, fridge, pans, etc.); however, we did not use these facilities as we spent the day exploring Aarhus and got food at restaurants and bakeries. Across the street from the apartment is a Turkish restaurant with really tasty food. The street was rather busy; however, the entire apartment was very well insulated (temperature and sound). I would recommend staying here.

The only gripe I have is actually very small and is actually not that bad. When we washed our clothes, we realised the washing machine and dryer are really economical in terms of power and water consumption. So, to wash and dry a load of washing would take close to 6 hours. This did not really affect us as we could do other things while waiting for the washing.

It's was very clean and had on site laundry service. The place is great if you're Danish or only planning to stay for 2 to 3 days.

During our stay we got locked out, both the digital and physical key weren't able to unlock the door. It took a while for the housekeeping staff to figure out how to open the door. If you are new to the city, not having local staff onsite and only being able to call upon a digital Concierge service is not ideal. They lack knowledge of local facilities and this is something they need to work on.

The Appartement or the whole house is brand new (05/2024). Therefore everything is clean and top. There is a coffee machine with a good coffee. Access only with a code was functional and easy.

Our Appartement (Nr. 13) was under the roof. We had been there in May and it was already too warm. Our Nr. 13 had a big size, but because of the sloping roof you can not use the hole space. The bath cannot be used by handicap people in a wheel chair. They cannot use the shower, because the access is too small. The shower cabin has also no door. So you cannot avoid splashing the bathroom under water when taking a shower. The sun protection is a very cheap one. You have to pull a chain to use them. You cannot really darken the room ( see picture of the bedroom with pulled down Jalousie) At last the pillows are big ones ( about 15-20 cm high). Some people like to sleep on that, others not.

The apartment is located near the city center of Aarhus and is very close to many wonderful restaurants and shops. In particular, there is a nice Sushi shop just near the apartment. All colleagues are helpful and can respond to the request in a timely manner. The apartment is new and is well furnished. Very convenient to wash cloths and to dry them. In a word, a beautiful memory in Aarhus and in this lovely apartment.

Nicely designed apartment with a good kitchen. We even baked pizza. Even though its on the street, we heard 0 noise with windows closed. We even had construction at night and couldn't hear them. Good location lots of restaurants and supermarket nearby.

Check in was difficult. The code didn't work and we had to contact the managers via chat. It took a while. Also there is no place to park in front just to leave luggage.

Exceptional place to stay: - Apartments felt like at home. - Location is very close to all main activities in Aarhus. - Great places to eat and drink near the apartment. - Staff members were always in contact.

There's literally nothing I can add as "I didn't like", but one thing worth noting: - There's a bus stop right under the hotel, so it can be noisy with opened windows. Noise isolation is great, so when windows are closed everything is great.

Clean and modern property. Extremely comfortable and felt luxurious. Building had an elevator and electric blinds in our apartment ceiling. Location was convenient to get everywhere and is right by a bus stop if you need public transportation. Staff was very fast at communicating and helpful and it seemed like a well oiled machine. The washing machine and dryers worked very well.

Everything was great.
