I was truly impressed by the Radisson RED in Aarhus. As part of the Radisson boutique line, the hotel has a fresh, modern design that is playful yet comfortable. The spacious rooms are well-designed and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. I especially enjoyed the spacious bathroom and the relaxing hot rain shower after a long day. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff is consistently warm and welcoming. The location is excellent and easily accessible on foot from Aarhus Central Station, even with a small suitcase. It's right in the heart of the city. The ARoS Art Museum is just across the street, and attractions like Den Gamle By (the Old Town), the Botanical Garden, the Strøget pedestrian zone, and the Salling Rooftop Garden are all just a short walk away. It's a stylish city hotel with personality. I’d definitely stay here again. Mange tak!

The breakfast buffet was tasty and had everything you needed. It was solid and satisfying, though nothing about it was particularly exceptional. Some guests might notice minor signs of wear or cleanliness issues in the corners if they look too closely. Overall, housekeeping was very good during my visit.

Breakfast was nice but more selection of hot food would have been nice. Location was perfect for an evening in Aarhus and the hotel itself was lovely. Staff were also very nice and helpful, our room was not ready as we arrived early so staff member allowed us to order a drink and play pool whilst waiting.

We returned to check-in at 3pm (time advertised on the booking) and our room still was not ready, they tried to move us around and managed to find a room. However, it was a twin room and I had requested a double which was confirmed - we were not told before accepting the room that it would be a twin. We pushed the beds together and it was fine, however, made for a slightly less comfortable sleep as it felt as though I was going to fall down the break in the beds.

We had two rooms - our room was small in the fifth floor but had a balcony which for us was perfect. Our daughter had a much bigger room on reception level and had no balcony just floor to ceiling windows - but had a bath as well as a walk in shower. This suited her too. The large communal space was very useful - table tennis lots of games and light and bright with high ceilings. Useful if you needed to spend some time at the hotel and didn’t want to be in your room

The hotel is in a great location, centrally situated and within walking distance to almost everything. If you're traveling with family, the amenities are excellent, including a table tennis table, pool table, darts, foosball table, an arcade machine, and several board games. The rooms are fairly spacious, with ample storage space, and well-insulated, so there are no odd noises or sounds from neighboring rooms. However, the bed is a bit hard and not particularly comfortable.

The parking situation is less than ideal. While it's understandable that the hotel is in an old part of town, they've managed to create a parking garage, but it's quite tight. People with larger cars might have trouble navigating, especially if they need to go to level -2 due to limited space. Additionally, I was charged an extra 195 DKK after checkout, despite having settled my bill and being told I would receive a copy. I've contacted the hotel twice, both through email and the booking form, but I haven't heard back or received the copy of the settled bill.

Everything! It’s the nicest hotel we’ve stayed in a long time, one of the nicest ever! The beds are so comfy I actually miss them lol! The location is perfect for exploring Aarhus, staff are extremely kind and helpful, the on site cafe/bar is also very nice! The rooms are luxurious - they have the comfiest lounge chairs to chill out in and a nice big TV - and the bathroom/shower are great too. We really loved staying here.

We thought it was perfect! But one thing to note, it’s a central location so it’s not silent outside on the streets - we stayed for new years so it was quite noisy with fireworks but that’s normal for that time of year. Only an issue if you’re a light sleeper - we brought earplugs and slept well! :)

Central location with lots of restaurants close by, and most sites of interest an easy walk. Lovely view of Aros from our balcony. Superb beds, spacious room. Great parking, easy to access and leave town efficiently. Good breakfast, bar and common areas.

Very limited food choice in the bar/restaurant in the evening in spite of this being listed as a possibility, but staff made helpful suggestions for alternatives.

We've enjoyed our stay in a very comfy bed and the fact that our room was soundproof so no one could hear us. Next awesome thing was shower, very spaceful and we could both fit in it easily, and we also must appreciate the service we've paid for, which was about decorating our room in a romantic fashion and a gift for my partner. The location of the hotel is also very good, it's very close to the train station (5-10 minutes), and the city centre is right next to it, with a grocery store right under the hotel. We've really enjoyed our stay and we can't wait to visit this place yet again :)

the prices. the hotel is very pricy, so we couldn't afford to book our stay with breakfast included.

The decor in the lobby and in the room was surprising and added to the charm of the hotel. I found the room to be very large and also enjoyed the size of the bathroom. Breakfast was quite good, and someone from the staff came around to offer smoothie shots.

The parking garage is not for the faint of heart. The layout and division of the spots is 'tricky'. A minor point is the bathroom shower stall. The glass wall is not very long and water splashes out a bit.

Great central location, great breakfast and nice gym. My first night I had trouble sleeping due to noise on the street my room was facing, the staff took great care of me and upgraded me to a better room that was quiet.

I’m not a fan of the decorations and art overall but that’s just personal taste. The rooms are quite hot and AC doesn’t go below 21C so you have to have windows wide open to sleep, which can be an issue when it’s noisy outside at night. It would also be nice if the bathroom lights had a dimmer as the brightness level was too intense to take a relaxing bath.

Amazing friendly staff, we were greeted very nicely. The room was spacious and comfortable even though we didn't have a nice view out of the window. Clean and quiet though. We were also provided with shampoos, soaps and body lotion. The breakfast was good enough. The location was also perfect, the street was full of bars and restaurants, close to the main central streets.

Don't have any complaints.
