The room has a stove, refrigerator and sink, necessary utensils and even a coffee maker with pods. Also on the first floor there are public washing machines, and on the floor there is a common kitchen. We traveled by car, I can't say if public transportation is convenient in the area. But we walked to museums and parks, the main attractions are not that far away. The house has underground parking, but we were quoted a very high price, so we left the car on the street, fortunately in this area parking is free and there is a place.

The door of the refrigerator was not tightly closed, because of this the refrigerator often and loudly turned on, especially disturbing at night.

This is an excellent facility, clean, well-managed. I had some trouble with the front door code as I checked in early but they customer service was immediate and excellent. The room had it's own bathroom, and the shared kitchen was immaculate. They have luggage storage in the basement if you check in early. It's also dog-friendly, which was nice! It was also quite cheap. And the owners were very flexible when I wanted to change my stay!

The only thing I was a bit lukewarm about was the location. It's right in the middle of the University of Aarhus campus, which makes it ideal for people visiting the college, but there was a lot of construction going on and it was quite noisy and dirty around the venue. I'm sure the owners are not super happy about that either.

This hotel had the perfect location for our needs. It is situated in a quiet and open area of the city. We traveled with our dog, and we all had a great stay. There is a large open space right next to the hotel where we could run and play with our dog. The rooms are spacious and feel brand new. The room, bathroom, and kitchen were all a great size. The kitchen was well-equipped. The beds were heavenly. There is also a large kitchen available for guests. Additionally, there are vending machines with drinks and snacks. We will definitely stay here again if the need arises.

Easy to check in and access. The espressomaker and capsules were a nice touch. The dispensers (bottled water) on the ground floor were good. It was clean and affordable.

Only one thing. People were waiting outside on more than one occasion because they wanted to enter without a digital key. It felt unsafe. It felt like some people definitely didn’t belong there (non-paying customers). There was this feeling that people had figured out how to enter the building by waiting for someone else to open. And it didn’t feel safe.

A cosy apartment with a huuge bed and even bigger mattress, which made it really comfy and lovely to sleep in. It had everything you might need for a short city break. There was even a coffee machine with capsules. Really clean, you can even heat up the floor.

The area was really nice, though being so close to students houses on the weekend was an experience. It was also quite a walk from the city center, but the prize was really good and it didn't make that much of a difference.

It is conveniently located to the university.

The rubbish bins underneath the sink cabinet had plastic liners (bags), but there were no extra liners to permit emptying the bin and to put in a new liner. The bed was sandwiched between the wall and the kitchen cabinet with the rubbish bins. Well, the person sleeping next to the kitchen cabinet has the odors of the rubbish bin next to him/her. Not pleasant at all to be on that side of the bed.

Great are to be in! Very close to supermarkets and restaurants. The studio has heated flooring, which is very practical. Apart from the kitchen inside the studio, you also get access to the bigger shared kitchen down the hall (which is very nice since the studio one didnt have a microwave).

The floor wasnt very clean. There were this crumbs all over it (from the moment we arrived). The kitchen sink is right next to the bed, so it is hard to do the dishes without splashing on the pillows (it is possible to do, just very hard).

It was very convenient to where we needed to be. Good self catering facilities. Will certainly use these apartments again as I come regularly. Definitely recommend.

Would have appreciated a means to wipe surfaces. Also we found the apartment a little warm but the weather was exceptionally warm and windows do open - in colder weather this would not be a problem. Bit of furniture moving required to put out sofa bed.

Great value for money, we stayed in a room with a kitchenette. It’s a 5 minute walk to the shops. The bed was comfortable & the shower room was large. We arrived before check in and the cleaning staff cleaned our room first so we could check into it early which was much appreciated as there weren’t any toilets nearby. Would definitely stay here again, any negatives were very minor.

There was quite a lot of dust under the bed and on the windowsills next to the bed. The duvet was very heavy and it was so hot in the room at night despite having the windows open, having a thin blanket or sheet would have been helpful. There also aren’t any pot lids, colanders or sieves in the rooms or the communal kitchens which are kind of essential for cooking. The building sites which surround the property start very loud work at 7am

Super convinient and affordable hotel and apartments in a quite new building not far from the center. Found the building quite easy via the instructions send to us. We parked in the basement and found a door from the basement that lead to and elevator which took us straight to our apartment. Access was smooth with a personal code that worked all over the place. We booked a room without a kitchen - cool interior though. A "social kitchen" was available for everyone to use which was handy when ordering take away and needing some cutlery and stuff. Will be back for sure next time in Århus.
