modern hotel, very clean and functionally furnished, equipment and surfaces specially designed for easy maintenance, comfortable beds (perhaps a little softer but still very comfortable), tasty breakfasts made from local and organic products, possibility to use laundry, small fitness center, sauna. I really appreciate the pro-customer approach of the staff, everything that was requested was fulfilled. Online check-in/check-out is also very useful, it speeds up access, is easy and efficient. The neighborhood is mostly modern offices, however, it is very well maintained. There is a tram nearby, it can be noisy at times, but it is useful for connecting to the center of Aarhus. I would definitely like to come back again. There are many tourist attractions in the vicinity

nothing, everything was perfect

I really liked the environment and the overall impression of Hygge. Really perfect hotel application with all detailed information and instructions. Online check-in, room code, made arrival very easy. The room was large, comfortable, clean and every detail from the hands of designers. Curtains and blackout curtains helped with quality sleep. We were worried about soft mattresses, but we slept like on a cloud :) Absolutely quiet and comfortable. It is definitely not a location for trips, but the city is really 10 minutes by car or train. The price and quality for short stays is really reasonable. We got a better price through booking (I have a genius program) even though we calculated the parking costs in advance (i.e. stay + parking was a better price than through the official website, where they offer free parking). Only later did we notice that the hotel directly offers the possibility of reducing the price if we find a better price on another portal :) I would like to change the breakfast during our 7-day stay. We would appreciate, for example, a larger selection of jams, vegetable butter, the option to have only separate baked bacon in the future. With an allergy to eggs, gluten and milk, I did not have many options for changes :) The gluten-free hot rolls were great. The children would have appreciated pancakes, for example. But these are really details that we would not have even noticed during a short stay :) Food like pollock (served with bacon), scrambled eggs, ... were selected electronically via the display and were always prepared fresh and we could observe the peace and quiet at the work of the chefs, since the kitchen was one large open space. All the staff were smiling, helpful and I loved the quiet breakfast in the most beautiful environment that they created for the clients.

This is a really great concept. Modern luxury with an environmental conscience. All the appliances and small details in the apartment are just top notch. The breakfast is definitely in top 10 of all hotel breakfasts I have had. Fresh and organic, just delicious.

The hotel apartments are situated in a not so charming part of Aarhus. By the university hospital and far from the centre. With so many great things going for them in the apartments it will be the small details that bother me. The kitchen is well equipped but as in many rental apartments the knifes and for example the kartoffelskræller are just useless. Also, the window cannot really open so the apartment is very stuffed and badly ventilated.

Great stay. The apartment was swanky clean with a all that we needed. The cutlery were high quality and decor very good. The breakfast was extremely good, with a lot of organic stuff and the fact that you could order eggs done your way, is a huge plus. The quality stands out. The staff were extremely courteous and the little gestures from the breakfast staff and people at the reception was just the icing on the cake.

They should have summer blankets, throw , as it gets quite warm. Also, when we arrived, even though the room was ready, we were asked to pay 300 kr. I have never come across a hotel that does it. If the room is ready, why charge the guest?

This was my favourite hotel I stayed at on my recent European trip. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast (especially the choice of eggs), lovely room which was entirely wheelchair accessible, including step-free entrance to bathroom with great ramps and roll in shower with shower chair. Handy kitchen with dishwasher and beautiful dishware. I love the rustic feel of this place. Very clean. A number of disabled parking spaces are outside out the front, but it appears guests will now be charged for this. Great check in process with door code. Can arrive and leave at anytime. Felt private, with reception separate from the units.

Bed was two singles pushed together which kept separating in the middle and mattress kept sliding around so was not the most comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast was super busy and one staff member was handling the bread without gloves or utensils after touching multiple other things so I avoided this part of the buffet. Hopefully they can make the beds larger and more stable as would love to return.

The design and ambiance of the hotel were fantastic. The room was really nice, modern and perfectly clean. There is a spacious parking lot just a few steps from your room and it is free of charge. I tried the gym, which is spacious and you have peace and quiet for yourself there. I would especially appreciate all the drinks that were available for breakfast (fresh vitamin drinks, really tasty coffee, selection of juices, refreshing sparkling water, etc.). You can also order various fresh egg dishes for breakfast, which you can then pick up when your pager rings. Check-in and check-out were very easy, you just recieve a PIN code from your room on the day of your arrival via SMS. It was really good experience!

Nice classy apartment,nice and quite ,comfortable bed, good kitchenette, great breakfast with the emphasis on fresh!. Perfect base for our planned 3 day stay to visit the museum at Silkeborg and Moesgaard ( worlds most famous bog bodies). Usually stay inner city for convenience, but selected Guestapart for its easy access driving in and out of the city and ample free parking. We found easy access to the city from the nearby tram stop (Aarhus universiteshospital) which is only a few minutes walk from the Apartments. Staff were friendly and helpful. Homemade breakfast ! Nice young people running their facility . Very clean .. Definitely caters to a younger population - Gen Z..

No person to person interaction.. Check in on your phone .. you don’t need a key. You don’t talk to a waitress. You plug your order on a screen. Modern sterile environment .. Crazy shower, where Water goes all over .. Little twin bed, but the feather deca was nice .. Really hot at night - no airflow .. Our sink plug wouldn’t work - that’s hard for contacts.. Overall, it was excellent - just some little things ..

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel GuestApart - from the spacious, spotless room with kitchen/dining facilities, balcony and designer decor to the exceptional breakfast every morning. It felt very safe, comfortable and like a second home. I also appreciated all of the greenery, living roofs, etc. I was impressed by the laundry capabilities and fitness room as well, though didn't have time to use it.

I had a bit of an issue initially getting the check-in code and was a bit put off by the exorbitant fee for early check-in, but once I arrived, all was well. The room did get quite warm and stuffy in August, and when windows were opened to allow air in, I was under mosquito attack. :( Lastly, the location is a bit out of the way, so is best suited for those traveling by car (free parking!). I did, however, travel by bus (more options than the Letbane) in and out of town without issue.
