The design of the room. Good key card and electricity system. Shower and sink separate from toilet works well. Enough lightning and well placed sockets. Very comfortable mattress and pillows, excellent breakfast and pleasant lounge. Location couldn’t be better. Staff very helpful.

The elevator was difficult and was out of order. The quilt cover was heavy. The dark colors and dim lighting along with lack of printed information made it difficult to locate things.

Excellent location in the city centre, close to railway station. Friendly staff, warm room and fine breakfast spread.

Very poor orange juice for breakfast, basically coloured water.

Breakfast was very fulfilling and tasty. Room was overlooking to the courtyard so it was quiet. Free coffee&tea in the lobby is such a nice touch (and free cake in the afternoon - such a nice treat). Reception staff was very friendly

Stayed in a queen room and I knew the bed was going to be small but it's really small for two people. We are not large people and we had to squeeze in :D bed itself was comfy though. Bed size was not really a deal breaker for us but just wanted to share so others who might have a larger built can choose a larger room/bed :)

Convenient near the city centre. 10 mins walk from restaurants, Aahus Street Food and shops. Good breakfast, comfortable rooms, if a bit too warm. Staff were helpful and friendly. Secure parking. Complimentary tea and coffee near reception.

Parking was limited, however the receptionist let us into the gated area. It was a bit hard to find, so we had to park about 10 mins away to check in, then drive back to park. Rooms were not so soundproof. We were woken up by people talking loudly outside and the service trucks. Bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly. Found hairs and dust by the toilet and sink. The shower cubicle was one of the smallest we had ever stood inside. Water pressure was good, but we kept on bumping our arms against the soap dispenser.

The staff were amazing and helpful. I had to replace my rental car after having paid for parking off-site, and they gave me a new parking pass free of charge. Good choice of food for breakfast. Nice afternoon snacks available for free and great central location.

Bed was a bit small for two adults and the room felt small as well, would recommend booking at least a size up if you're a couple. Shower curtain didn't go all the way to the floor, so there was water splash out onto the carpet.

Its location is near to the airport bus 925X that starts in the railway station front. The hotel had some free little extras such as hot drinks all day and ice cream early afternoon, however we were never there then to enjoy it! We found all 30 of the Elephants trail that were scattered around the city so we actually visited the Tivoli, the Boysnicsl Gardens and other landmarks. We used the 2022 Tram system to visit the Bunker Museum but sadly found it closed.

Our room was described as a Queen room but was quite small! I’m glad we didn’t choose a small Queen room! The cost of everything is higher than the UK - for example a pint of beer was about £8!

The buffet breakfast was excellent, and in the wine cellar below, so plenty of atmosphere. Room was pretty tight, but water pressure in shower was good. Very central location to seeing the sights in Aarhus. About a 10 minute walk to the modern art museum and at the edge of a pedestrian mall, that lead straight to the cathedral. Also, there's an indoor food court (think: food trucks) within a five minute walk, that has any food you might want, at very reasonable prices $10.00 to $12.00 a meal. We found out in Denmark, that's where the locals eat, when they eat out.

Parking lot was full, so we had to park in a public garage which the hotel uses, about a five minute walk away. Tough unloading and loading luggage outside the hotel, because you have to use a bus stop. I should have reserved a parking spot in the hotel's lot, when I made the reservation, but I did not know that.

The hotel is in a fab location, right near the station. Free coffee facilities next to reception which was lovely for a huge coffee drinker like myself. Staff friendly. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was a good strong powerful one. To be honest for a 3 day stay for me and my son it was pretty perfect, we were happy. Good value for money!

Not much of a breakfast variety but wasn’t too shabby. They didn’t clear tables quick enough for the amount of guests coming in and out. Walls are very thin which made no difference to our stay until Saturday night, when music was playing somewhere but it stopped at around midnight. Also the lift was very old and a bit scary to use but we got use to it!

Lovely big room with a sunset view. Love the bathtub and spacious toilet. Located across the Aarhus Train Station with many eateries, 7-11, shopping streets and supermarkets. You can easily travel around by foot or e-scooter. Walking distance from Aros Art Museum. The Museum Cafe serves very good Danish Meatballs.

The only thing I didn't like was the unpredictable weather. But this is beyond our control. We can only make the best of what we can. Happy that we managed to visit Den Gamle By when the weather got better.

Perfect localisation in the city centre, 1 minute walk from bus stop on arrival from Billund Airport, walking distance to pedestrian zone, ARoS Museum, not far from the Den Gamle By Museum. Room, although pretty small, was well-designed and friendly, very clean. 25 minutes walk to Aarhus University, but if you are not keen on walking, the hotel is close to bus stops. Breakfast was very good. Staff is very kind. I will definitely return to this hotel if I ever have a chance to visit Aarhus again.

Coffee, tea and chocolate facilities in the lobby are nice but kettle in the room would be more handy.
