I really appreciate the pro-customer approach of the staff, everything that was requested was fulfilled. Online check-in/check-out is also very useful, it speeds up access, is easy and efficient. The neighborhood is mostly modern offices, however, it is very well maintained. There is a tram nearby, it can be noisy at times, but it is useful for connecting to the center of Aarhus. I would definitely like to come back again. There are many tourist attractions in the vicinity

Nice classy apartment,nice and quite ,comfortable bed, good kitchenette, great breakfast with the emphasis on fresh!. Perfect base for our planned 3 day stay to visit the museum at Silkeborg and Moesgaard ( worlds most famous bog bodies). Usually stay inner city for convenience, but selected Guestapart for its easy access driving in and out of the city and ample free parking. We found easy access to the city from the nearby tram stop (Aarhus universiteshospital) which is only a few minutes walk from the Apartments. Staff were friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel GuestApart - from the spacious, spotless room with kitchen/dining facilities, balcony and designer decor to the exceptional breakfast every morning. It felt very safe, comfortable and like a second home. I also appreciated all of the greenery, living roofs, etc. I was impressed by the laundry capabilities and fitness room as well, though didn't have time to use it.

I had a bit of an issue initially getting the check-in code and was a bit put off by the exorbitant fee for early check-in, but once I arrived, all was well. The room did get quite warm and stuffy in August, and when windows were opened to allow air in, I was under mosquito attack. :( Lastly, the location is a bit out of the way, so is best suited for those traveling by car (free parking!). I did, however, travel by bus (more options than the Letbane) in and out of town without issue.

Great scrambled eggs - not the dry mess you get at some hotels. Decent location - easy access by car (with convenient parking included in the price) and right by the tram station (some 20 minutes to get to the center). Friendly staff. Room and common areas very clean.

Our room was on the ground floor. The kitchen and sitting area looked out on an inner courtyard, with people walking right by our windows. We had to close the blinds for privacy, and as a result turn on the lights during the day. On the bedroom side were the tram tracks, and also medical helicopters kept flying to the nearby hospital, so especially at night and early morning opening the windows was not an option.

The kitchen and bathroom were not cleaned properly. In the kitchen, the cups and plates placed in the cupboards were not clean In the bathroom, you could smell urine from previous guests who must have done the thing outside the toilet. The dishwasher did not do the job. We ran it twice on slightly dirty dishes and still the dishes came out dirty. A minor issue was a limited number of TV channels from which all but one were in Danish. The one that was not (RTL) was not in German. Also, there were no satellite channels, even though that was supposed to be provided. Finally, it was surprising to find out that they only offer streaming but no Netflix or other account to which a guest would have access to.

The hotel is further away from the centre of Aarhus, but easily accessible by tram. The tram stop is in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The hotel is very pleasant, with a beautiful design. I had a small apartment on the ground floor. The advantage was the fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is spacious, perfectly clean. There is a well equipped gym and sauna available to guests. The staff is helpful. I rate worse the breakfast, which is very elementary, lacking a more varied selection of fruits and vegetables. I would also appreciate the ability to ration your own scrambled eggs - the food is ordered from the staff and the portion size you get ends up being quite random. Overall, however, I rate the hotel as very good and comfortable, I would definitely recommend the stay.

The apartmant is spacious. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing easy meals. The shower is extremely big and it was a super experience to use it. The bed is comfortable, you can ask for a harder cover mattress if you like. Breakfast is amazing and besides that you can bring home freshly grounded coffee and tea up to your room.

In the apartment facing the street, you can hear the letbane quiet clearly and although I was not really disturbed by that, who is more sensitive to sounds at night, that can be annoying. A rug in the bathroom would be more comfortable when you get out of the shower and toilet is at quite an uncomfortably low level.

Everything was easy to access and the online guestbook was a great way to communicate. It was close to the city tram or reception would call a taxi when needed. The food was delicious as well.

The lack of climate control over the air temperature was difficult. It was warm outside during the day and there were feather comforters on the bed. While having a fan helped, it was on a natural setting that was meant to mimic an on and off breeze. I had to use my travel blanket and keep the fan blowing directly on me to be able to sleep. The rooms became extremely stuffy. And it was only April/May.
