I think the location is AMAZING! Close to everything and attached to the main train station. We had travelled from copenhagen airport and it was so convenient, and we just walked around the rest of our time in aarhus. I loved that our bed was next to the window it was nice to overlook the streets at bedtime. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and it’s a nice modern hotel and is fantastic if you’re just staying a few days and need somewhere clean and affordable.

I am sensitive when it comes to my bed and pillow, if i am uncomfortable i genuinely can’t sleep or will have scattered sleep, the mattress was very comfortable and the sheets were soft however the pillows were too big and too soft, me and my mum both prefer medium firmness.

The location is amazing! Next to a food street and the central! They upgraded our rooms because my mom kept complaining for free! The girls on the reception were so kind and gave us lots of suggestions for the town and helped us with the rooms. The beds are big but not great

The beds were not great and the pillows were thin and full air so they were bad too. The bathroom is the worst tho because the door couldn’t close kept rolling open and it was all glass walls which is a bit weird when you are travelling with family and not a partner. Also be mindful some rooms have a window that is looking on a concrete wall, no light no sky just a wall

I really liked this place, they had underground storage for my bike (I was cycling touring to Norway) free of charge. It is an awesome location where you can walk to all the most interesting things in Aarhus. I think the rooms are great, very nice concept in between an Ibis room and a japanese capsule. I would stay at one of these in other cities if I see one. Breakfast was also surprisingly good. Staff were down to chat and laugh, even though they were serious Dutch :)

I would just add a fan to the rooms, and then if I stayed again I would stay in a higher floor. But that isn't really too much to complain about.

The location is superb as there is no better hotel location closer to the central train station and ledban: city train. The weather is always a challenge whenever in Denmark no matter even if it is summer. The Hotel is adjacent to a shopping mall which is located within the central station. Therefore you don't need an umbrella not even a coat to get to the hotel and to the station. Literally 50 meter away form the Hotel entrance is the entrance to the Mall and the Station. Just keep in mind when you get up from the stairs of the train tracks turn RIGHT all the way through the Shopping Mall and you are to the Exit closer to the Hotel entrance. The city center also is not far away . It is a small city center anyways. Also you need to let them know the day before if you need a room cleaning. Fair enough. if your stay for a couple of days. No need to be cleaned up. Very good practice for both the environment and the operations. Also you need to pay a visit on the Harbour Baths as this is the world's largest Harbour Baths. 30 Minutes walk from the Hotel.

We have booked the 2 Rooms : 1 single and 1 double./ The double room was not set up for 2 people. Upon check in we have been informed to find the douvet and the towels for the second person underneath the bed. Not a big deal. But again they knew that it was a double occupancy. There was a robot cleaning the Floor Corridors. The future is here and the human contact is missing. Still they have people on Check in - not sure for how long more - but also for new generation and shy obsessed mobile phone people you can check in with a Desk top . The world is moving to the direction ; no human contact and no communication, rather let the machines leading our life... Wird... feeling and certainly not positive if you are on your 50's .

Accommodation very secure. You need your room key to access the lift. The rooms aren’t serviced unless you ask for it to be done- so you won’t be disturbed. Great view of the city from the window. Ideal location for train station ,shops and restaurants. We had breakfast on the day of our departure. Buffet breakfast with good choice. Good value.

You need your room key for the public toilet in the ground floor. We had to go back to reception to get a pass after we had checked out and were leaving our bags in the lockers. Would be good to be warned about that.

Good facilities (bar and lounge room) and great location. The staff were all very friendly and didn't seem to be too put off by my having to switch to English almost immediately on realising how rusty my Danish has gotten.

The room didn't look like it had been vacuumed beforehand and it was a little bit annoying not having a switch for the lights right over the bed (could only turn these off by walking back to the door and removing the keycard from the power slot. Generally all fairly minor issues though.

It's right beside a nice shopping mall which starts the main retail drag of the city. Easy walk to different cultural buildings -- e.g. ARoS The rooms are bright

Elevators are slow, so being on the top floor and trying to leave takes a while. The rooms are a little squishy. While I appreciate being able to park in the mall parking lot, almost next door, it would have been nice if there was bit of discount for parking from the usual rate. The showers are a little small, since one door wouldn't stay open and I'm wide.

+ great location + welcoming and helpful staff + opportunity to store your luggage (though not free) + very basic room but has almost everything you may need + comfortable bed

- the floor in the room and in the bathroom wasn't clean, I recommend to bring flip flops with you (which I did) - no tea pot, it would be great to have some tea in the evening but there is nothing and you have to go out if you need anything

Perfect location, most of the attractions are within max 30 min of walf or 4-5 busstops. Great choice, if you only want to use the room for sleeping and spend the day in the city. Confortable bed, simple but delicious Danish breakfast with quality ingredienses, very nice bread.

Don't forget your earplugs if you are a light sleaper and prefer the window open during the night.

The pictures are true to reality. I read some people complaining about the size of the room and I didn't think it was small at all. I thought the room was cozy and the location was excellent. I arrived quite late and there were still people at the reception to check in, but they also had computers available for easy check-in. It's 5 min away from the central station and also close to the city center. Good value for money, especially considering it's Denmark.

I was kinda shocked to see they only gave me ONE pillow to sleep. I was too tired and was already late to ask for another one, so I don't know if that's available. It was one pillow and one small-ish blanket, which felt a bit uncomfortable since it was mid-winter (but I was not cold!). I think the location of the room was not great either, there was some noise during the night that made it hard to fall asleep (I was at the very end of the corridor). So overall I didn't have a great night of sleep, but I'm sure those are all fixable things.
