I had my room in the Annex - a new building next to the main old building of the hotel. The room was spacious and quiet. Good points for coffee machine. Parking is easy just in front of the hotel. The restaurant is very big and I appreciate they manged to get our order although we came after 8 p.m. Very ood fish plate.

Room 133 on ground floor with nice view of the walking street and city fountain . Check-in young lady and Check-out young man were very helpful , friendly and spoke excellent English . Excellent bike storage. Room spacious and very clean . Clean and bright bathroom . Close to a walking street with numerous shops and restaurants . Breakfast was very good with multiple hot and cold choices .

On-site restaurant was a bit pricey but I’m sure was delightful .

Location was very central in Tonder so could walk everywhere. Room clean and warm. Breakfast was lovely, even candelabras in the dining room! Staff friendly and very patient with us and the menu's with our total lack of speaking Danish

Location of the hotel is was A++++ They had very good WiFi with a very fast internet connection!

Breakfast was very poor, coffee machines were very very slow (when they were working), there was a que each morning because of these malfunctioning machines. Bathroom needed an upgrade, room smelled like basement when we first arrived and it was freaking cold because they hadn't turned the radiators on. TV was very very small and maybe first generation LCD flatscreen.

Staff refused to let me dine there, on the basis that at first "all tables were booked" and once I noticed that many were free that "the kitchen is overworked". I booked a week in advance, paid 200€ for an hotel that is mediocre at best, I am entiteled to eat there.

simply outdated smells like mold dinner with very limited menu and restaurant closing very early in the evening you must leave the hotel at 10.30 am on a Sunday morning
