Very good and helpful staff, they are always happy to help. The hotel is a bit out of town, so if you need to go somewhere take a taxi. Even if you want to have dinner/lunch. The breakfast was also ok, nothing really to complain. My room was "sea view" but the sea was not visible, but I did not mind because everything else was fine and good. I probably will return. #hotel - look after your staff, difficult to find nice colleagues.

Its a bit expensive. If I could suggest something that would be at least a simple Chinese dish on the menu as this is a fully Chinese hotle. I wanted to try something original Chinese, at least a soup but not available. Its a bit out of town, but there is nothing to do about it, its ok, reliable taxi available.

Location: good, close to rue de paris with many restaurants nearby. Walkable to the mall (if you can brave the Djibouti heat) Hotel: new - only several years with chic design. security at gate. Used for conferences. Very clearly owned by the chinese (very apparent from the tv and associated channels to the furniture to the provided toiletries) Staff: initially no reply regarding airport pickup via the app and had to text again so i thought service would be cold. However, staff turned out to be polite and helpful overall. of note was Khadija Hassan at the front desk who was a pleasure to talk to and very welcoming. Hotel also has a number of chinese staff which can converse in mandarin. Room: Great - well furnished. Toilet and shower good Wifi: contrary to other reviewers mine was fantastic with no issues at all. Air conditioning cold. Tv channels were in chinese but i din explore much. Many mirrors. Ironing board present. Enough space to put luggage. work desk available. Food: did not try Add: was allowed to check in earlier and check out a bit later so that was a very nice thing as well Overall would defo recommend if stopping over

Room ambience and cleanliness was great! Not to mention the smiling and supportive staff who made our stay quite homely.

1. The TV was set only to Chinese channels, and I could not change it. No popular local and international channels were available, not even YouTube! 3. We wanted to take dinner in-house, but the hotel staff referred us to a restaurant outside the hotel.

Very very clean and new hotel, i loveed my stay there . The staff are super nice especially Mahad , who helps me with taxi and finding a nice places to vist in Dijabouti. Cost is reasonable, king beds are comfortable.i love it so much I do recommend for anyone who visits Dijabouti to go there .

Breakfast was good.

Having no English channels at all on TV and all instructions in Chinese. We had the suite and couldn't really use anything as didn't know how to. If the hotel is going to sell the rooms to tourists then they need to make those changes. I think most of their clientele are Chinese and corporate people. Front desk staff were amazingly helpful.

The hotel was clean, room was spacious, the wifi was great for full days of video calls, and the staff thought were quite helpful. A la carte food in the restaurant was tasty. It's a short drive to/from the airport and a 15-20 minute easy walk to the Kempinsky.

The hotel provides Chinese food and taste amazing. Room is nice and clean, apartment comes with washing machine, very handy for hot weather in Djibouti.

Lobby is hot, and sometimes too many mosquitos

Staff is super friendly and willing to help with anything. I could get a late check-out for free and they arranged my taxi to the airport for the next day. Room is very comfy. There's an atm in the hotel. Breakfast buffet is good.

I love the location and proximity to other businesses. Djibouti just needs more opportunities to be given

Parking spaces were a little tight. Maybe if the lines were better illuminated it would help drivers to stay between them
