Great variety of restaurants and bars without needing to leave the hotel! Room service was well priced and even better than the restaurants!

Lamps in the room were not properly wired and therefore did not function. Maintenance was dedicated to fixing it, but it was in the evening when I was ready to be alone and relax. I finally asked him to return the next day.

I absolutely loved my stay at Djibouti Palace Kempinski Hotel. The staff were so warm and friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The place itself is stunning , every corner is beautiful set and peaceful. And the food was wow! Every meal was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. I can’t wait to come back with my husband.

The Kempinski is the center of what ever a person need and wants may be. When I look at the bigger picture of where to go for a hotel in the Djibouti, the Kempinski Stands Alone.

Rooms are getting a slight smell, not sure if it's coming from outside or inside

Room nice but major ac issues which took a couple of days to repair. That said the hotel was kind enough to move me to another room on the last night as an upgrade so very kind of them.

Most of food under lamps for breakfast was cold. Omelette queue always to long. They need 2 people working here and not 1 as they had Shisha fish restaurant,!food expensive and meals to small

Location was "Excellent" for my needs, the meals are wonderful, the access to the things I wanted to do and expirence was "Excellent". Excellent Confort in the rooms.

Faycal, Nima, and the three girls named Choukri are all amazing! Staff were wonderful and fast. Most speak Somali, French, and English which is amazing! The Kempinski staff are like a big family and I was happy I could hang with for a night!

Fathia wasn’t happy even when I tried to cheer her up. Also, security didn’t let me play the piano.

The spa is fantastic!

The food was good (french, italian) but we were hoping for more authentic local and regional cuisine on the property..

Really nice stay here, good decorations and scents, the staff are really nice. Beach with bar, winter is the good time. The food is not excellent, but pretty good

Low wifi in Djibouti

Some of the staff were really helpful and readily available to assist with anything. Ifrah (one of the receptionist) and Mogue were particularly amazing and looked after us. They ensured that our stay was as enjoyable.

The guards at the main door were not particularly nice. They often questioned our intentions when going in and out of the hotel. They didn’t trust us that we were staying at the hotel because we were a young couple . We felt disrespected and just somewhat discriminated.
