First, the location is magnificent, with an amazing view of the sea. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with all the means to facilitate your stay. The restaurant was in a great location and view, and the food was great, with reasonable varieties. The gym was open 24 hours, which was great.

The care and cleaning of the beach need to be more regular, building a long marina will add great value because there are great tides there.

The kindness and the professionalism of the staff : they always a solution or something to support you ! As a customer, this is really satisfying. The renewed parts (the bar, the lobby, some rooms) are really nice ! The restaurant / room service has a large choice of international meals : you can stay a full week without having to choose twice the same one. Compared to the other hotels in Djibouti : the value for money is the best for me

Extraordinary atmosphere and nice view in Sheraton. Grateful for all the lovely stuff during my stay, like Mme Fatouma, Mr.Djama in restaurant, Mme Hansana and Mr.Ahmed in reception. My special thanks goes to Mme Hansana, she is very efficiency which makes everything clear in a few seconds.

i thoroughly enjoyed my stay special thanks to : Hasna and Ibrahim from the reception desk, Daher from the lounge, Fatou , Daher and Chef Mr Belinga from the restaurant. they were all fantastic

one of The bus shuttle was not always very polite and was impatient. other than that the 2 other we drove with were helpful and respectful

Hotel facilities are generally very good, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The gym is good, the pool is good as is the hotel outside bar.

The food could be so much better. The automatic coffee machines are dated and had not been cleaned recently or properly.

Excellent customer service, especially Miss Amani Ahmed and Asma Mahamoud; they greet guests warmly and with a smile. In addition, they listen carefully to the requests and needs of the customer. They address the customer by name and use polite language. Both are such wonderful people. The welcoming and comfortable atmosphere in the dining area was magnificent. The staff Anticipates guests' needs, such as refilling drinks or bringing additional condiments. I will return in the future with the Sheraton Hotel, consistently providing excellent customer service at both the front desk and dining areas and exceptional hospitality.

Right by the beach with an amazing view from the room. The hotel is well-maintained and the staff are very friendly. The beach gets busy on weekends with expats, but it still felt like a peaceful escape from Djibouti’s intense heat and humidity.

Loved the first floor renovation and I had a spectacularly comfortable and modern room for my 2-week stay. I thought the gym was wonderful and really helped my stay be as productice as it could be. Really enjoyed the warm and welcoming spirit of all the staff, everyone was truly so kind and helpful.

The dinner and lunch menus were a bit limited and much of the meals lacked seasoning.

Stay here regular, the staff are amazing and a credit to the hotel. Very helpful and accommodating. I would only ever stay here when in Djibouti
