It is a beautiful setting, for sure. It is tranquil and, besides the barking dogs just across the property, it was a quiet night’s sleep. The place has a relatively charming vibe, overall. Just slightly worn around the edges. The staff were friendly when we checked in, and there was no one else coming into the main seating or dining area by the lobby, except for a couple young kids that may have been working there or hanging out with the staff. Otherwise, we weren’t sure if they were really employees the first night besides the woman at the front desk.

It did take almost an hour before they actually brought our breakfast, from the time that they said breakfast would start: 8:30am.

This place is downright beautiful and the personnel is extremely friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make breakfast very early for us, to go, upon our check out. We’d definitely be staying with them again the next time we visit Constanza.

Everything was great. There was a bit of noise in the area but that’s not the hotel fault. I guess I’d like for them to have AC in the rooms just so we can close the windows. But is not like it was hot at all. Not even mosquitoes went in the room.

Is the perfect place to relax with family or alone. The room was clean, the property is beautiful and well kept. The food in the hotel was excellent. The climate was perfect, I loved the scenery of the nearby farms and the view of the mountains are breath taking. The town is safe, very clean and the people are the most cordial. I will definitely recommend everyone looking for a safe place to relax to stay at the Hotel Rancho Constanza. P.S. They allow pets to stay in their villas which I thought was very cool :)

Staff not too helpful.

Specially the attention of "Luchi". Our receptionist! She is pretty, adorable, honest! I am really grateful with her. The flowers was beautiful!!!! The coffe and tea too.

My favorite thing was how beautiful this place was!!! And the service was great! Breakfast delicious and a lot of space for the kids to run and play with not worries. It was a great experience. Very clean as well!!

The cabin was a little too old for my taste. I would recommend a good upgrade to the place but other then that everything was great!!

We ate both dinner and breakfast there and both were excellent. The tea that they served with dinner was especially delicious and I should have asked for the recipe! It was perfect for a cool night! The villa was comfortable with very soft beds and pillows. Waking up to the sound of birds and crowing roosters was very nice. The cats that roam the property were very friendly and hung out with us on our porch. My son loved the hammock! We had never stayed in Constanza before and loved it!

There was no electrical outlet in the bedroom to charge our phones. There was no curtain on the window that looks out onto the patio of the neighboring house. It was startling to get up in the morning and go to the bathroom and see my neighbors through the window! There was also a very limited supply of hot water which was insufficient for our party of five people.

On check-in we were offered to upgrade from a double room to a two-bedroom villa with no extra fee - that was an amazing favour from them! We had our own little villa with a kitchen, a living room with a chimney and a little pretty terrace. It was adorable and meditative. The stuff was incredibly helpful. A lot of activities around. Breakfast is very good.

Be ready, it may be cold. But It's not the hotels fault - just the nature of Constanza.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of trees and beautiful view. Easy to access.

There is some woodworms in the close and cabinets.

The location was ideal, on a hill with a great view, surrounded by gardens. The food was excellent, great Chef. In the mornings we had breakfast with hummingbirds flying around. The staff was very professional, everyone did their best to serve and make us feel at home. We keep a very good memory of this hotel and the staff.
