This was a truly pleasant stay and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend to others and stay here again. Friendly staff, great breakfast, safe and convenient location, and guest friendly environment.

The room and the mountain views were excellent. The adjacent restaurant served very good food, although a bit pricey.

No fault of the hotel at all but motorbikes liked to zoom loudly up and down the nearby main street for much of the night.

I would have loved to have elevators, in the case of an elderly person going up to a four floor without elevator makes it difficult. It was okay for me and my spouse.

Best value for money. Very clean and modern look. Competent breakfast. Park for the car.

Some noise at night but bearable. At night the bath water was not hot but in the morning was already ok. Very pricey restaurante, there are verter options nearby

the staff was courteous. Karla at the from desk was super professional, Ana the manager was excellent on preparing the rooms and the Watchman (aka : the watchi ) was always ready to help. The breakfast was good and the service provided by Sagrario and Ray was amazing. I will go back.

The property was great but the city noise is a little uncomfortable.
