Fantastic service, facilities, food, location Kids club was incredible - Samantha and maridaria are natural caregivers - our girls wanted to ditch us every day for kids club Our concierge Orlando was completely on top of every request (and we had a lot of them lol) - reliable and consistent and kind Rooms are huge and ocean front Beach is gorgeous and pristine

Location and staff.

Villas are outdated with mismatch furniture. Lots of mosquito when staying in the villa location. Shame about the number of "girlfriends " with old men for the evening having dinner.

servers not paying attention at the restaurant . they were more paying attention to white guests. one of the servers/manager touched my kid without my consent. They don’t have a operating beach. it’s full of weeds. i read the review and last year was the same issue some one had mentioned in the review don’t have all inclusive option need to have more entertainment/ games on the property

The stay was very stress free; from the time you arrive from the reception area, Ivelisse & Brenda, our butler Franklin taking care of all our plans, the staff mining the beach and pool area, such as Hector; the restaurant staff especially from the Blue restaurant, all very warm and friendly and attentive of every minor detail.

Staff was amazing, the place was beautiful, the food was amazing.

Activities are limited, amazing if you like golf or just want to relax on the beach. Wasn't recommended by hotel but went to nearby adventure park and it was such a great time.
