Everything was great our butler Jose was fantastic and always went out of his way to make sure all of our needs were met. Room service was awesome, and all facilities and access to them were great.

Mini bar fridge was not cold.and whatever light they had in the fridge was like a hot lamp melted all candy bars, and all drinks were hot. Always needed to have buckets of ice bought to the room. AC needs to be colder w

We enjoyed having a butler that took care of our needs. The top shelf liquor was a plus!

Didn't really care for 100% Ala carte restaurants. We are used to having the buffet as an option. It was nice to have 24 hour room service with good selections.

OMG This Hotel is so beautiful and the infrastructure is just stunning. It's an oasis after a long day of travel. The pool was great, the A/C was wonderful. Amenities were handy and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They make a new year party so beautiful with a lot seafoods also they baked a whole pig which was so delicious. The buffet was just marvelous and cocktails just delicious. The front desk manager gave us an upgraded room, which we really appreciated it. The room was so beautiful with jacuzzi and bathroom so clean. The hotel cleanliness was impressive. I will coming back soon with families and friends.

This hotel need a new administration, this wonderful hotel is so beautiful and need a new structure, too many Haitian working there, when you as guest asked them a single question they do not know how to answer and either did not care about the guess and what you are asking for and this is very important. Senior managers must be vigilant of employees making sure any question asked they will be able to answer. employees need to be training and knowledgeable about the hotel. Also need to improve the breakfasts and open more restaurants.

I loved the staff, the people were very friendly, attentive and pro active on any request we had. The staff showed lots of patience and never seem to stop amazing us with their service. Our personal butler Jose Ignacio was a 5 star individual. Not one request that wasn't satisfied by Jose. He even got my wife a homemade chicken soup, after a long day of drinking. Jose would send us the menu, communicate effectively and make dinner reservations for us. Please request him, he got you!! And last but not least our new friend Leo Martinez. Wow, my guy was great! Very humble and hard worker too!

The breakfast buffet options were mid…… The steakhouse restaurant, was very good. But the wait was little long. Again the staff made our night, by bringing us a traditional dominican republic “Sancocho” while the food came!

I loved the different restaurants and outlets to acquire food. My room was fabulous the beds were so comfortable. Room service was prompt. I really liked the entertainment the hotel had, the different shows was great, we really enjoyed our stay. Our butler Ronni was awesome and attending to everything we needed, even the slightest little thing.

I didn't like how one of the bellhop stood around after delivering our luggage and didn't leave until my cousin tipped him. I had never seen that before at a hotel.

A little bit of confusing meal schedules and pool times.

The hotel was located right by the beach, offering a perfect setting. The view from the balcony, which featured a jacuzzi and a comfortable queen bed, was nothing short of stunning, combining sights of the sky, pool, and beach. My friend and I were pleasantly surprised to discover that we had butler service included. Carlos, our butler, was attentive, responsive, and considerate of our needs. He communicated with us via WhatsApp and even checked on us in person on the same day.
