Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and quiet room with AC. It was easy to find the hotel location on Google Maps as well as identify it on the Uber App. The Bavaro Express and other intercity buses will stop a few blocks away. The on-site restaurant was good.

Not within walking distance of the tourist areas, but Uber picked up quickly and it was fairly quick to get a motoconcho/taxi.

Great basic hotel for a one night stop over in Punta Cana if you dont want to pay the high tourist hotel prices. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good. Hotel mainly seemed to be used by locals working in the area. Chilled place, easy to walk out from and grab essentials. Very good air con.

Hotel is close to the airport. Eventhough it is located by main street, we could get a good sleep. Room is big enough. Bed is comfortable, we received a lot towels and airconditon was free of extra charge. The food in the restaurant was also very good and with fair prices.

Bad wifi in the room. Some maintanance of the door and bathroom would be needed. Some glasses would be also great.

The rooms are very spacious. The staff is very friendly. The staff were addressing issues, like the technical problem with the water supply, in an instant after bringing it to their attention in the morning.

There was a technical problem with the water supply. The price in booking.com and the finally paid price at the location were differing almost 10€

The manager was a true one man band, super helpful and really nice, we needed an extra night in Punta Cana near the airport because of flight issues and this worked perfectly for us
