I recommend this hotel - excellent service. 1. The hotel is clean, great bed, great shower with good pressure and hot water, suite with kitchen and fridge. 2. The hotel has a free pool, clean, free sunbeds. 3. There is a good restaurant on the territory of the hotel, where you can eat very tasty and not expensive. 4. The hotel always meets - we got absolutely everything we asked for and without additional payment. 5. We had difficulties with our flights and the hotel made a change to a non-cancelable reservation for us at no extra charge. 6. We were allowed to move into the apartment earlier than the reservation, without extra charge. 7. Not far from Punta Cana airport (uber costs 15-20 USD). 8. Info: it could be useful for travelers who are interested in car rental - I received the car and handed it over directly to the hotel, the hotel cooperates with a car rental company that delivers the car to the hotel, 13 days car rental cost 65 USD/day and 200 USD deposit. Of course, the price depends on the car and demand. I can only say the best about it all.

Only 3 years old!!! NICE CHEERY COLORS--white & blue. GREAT STAFF. 2 restaurants close by... CLOSE TO AIRPORT!!! Lots of cheap Tuk-Tuks UP & DOWN this "Doble Via" Street!!! Just off Hwy 106 near Varon Section of Punta Cana.

NOTHING WRONG here (except I felt that the breakfast and dinner menu items, I thought were a bit overpriced by Dominican standards. But many RESORT TOWNS here can be like this...)

A real nice simple place. Very accommodating staff - late arrivals etc. The owner greeting guests at the breakfast :) I didn’t stay long but there place seemed equipped to host long term guests.

The internet was not stable enough to work from there. Didn’t think pillow cases were fresh 🤷‍♀️

Facility was 15 minutes via car from Punta Cana airport and provided the perfect one night stay for our next day flight. The check-in was easy and the restaurant on-site was a lifesaver because rain delayed our arrival by 3 plus hours. The room and overall property was clean and provided a fridge, stove that would have made for the perfect long time stay. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious, beef and vegetable was cooked to perfection. Slept well and had a delicious breakfast on our way out. We regret time did not allow for the pool because it looked lovely. The price, location and service make it a great selection; we would return.

My confusion was being told that breakfast was not included in the two rooms despite believing I had reserved a room with that option. I did go back and check the app and could not find a differentiating option that would have excluded breakfast. We paid an additional $40 USD which was disappointing. I would recommend confirming breakfast when reserving the room.

Lovely aparthotel which we chose as very close to the station for buses to Santo Domingo. It is so nice that as we had flexible plans stayed an extra night. Everything is spotlessly clean and well kept. I was impressed to see someone mopping before dawn! Our room was comfortable and clean with a large fridge freezer. small sink and stove area (although there was no gas at the time of our stay.) All staff were friendly and helpful, in particular Jordan. His fluent English was very helpful and he went above and beyond stopping off on his way to work to buy bus tickets for us. Also Jaime and the breakfast/restaurant staff were great. The Sushi dinner menu was unexpected and really delicious so highly recommend. The small pool and loungers were a great bonus and again very clean and well maintained. Winning the Booking.com review award last year was well deserved!

There was occasional traffic noise due to the busy local area.

We had a truly pleasant stay at Costa Love Apart Hotel in Punta Cana. What stood out most was the warmth and professionalism of the entire team. Bill in particular went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable during our stay, always checking in and offering help with a genuine smile. The apartment style rooms were clean, spacious, and surprisingly budget friendly, perfect for longer stays or travelers who appreciate a little extra space. One of the gentlemen on staff even kindly took care of our laundry, which was a huge help. The on-site restaurant was a delightful surprise with great food, fresh flavors, and very reasonably priced. It quickly became our go-to spot for meals. Overall, it’s not just the amenities but the people here that make a difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, affordable place with genuine hospitality.

The property has an excellent standard of cleanliness. I was very happy with the fact that breakfast is included in the price as well as a shuttle service to the coach station for people who need to travel to Santo Domingo which was my case. Furthermore, inside the property there is an amazing Sushi restaurant which I had the pleasure to taste and to be honest, one of the best sushi food restaurants I’ve ever tasted. To top it all, the staff in this hotel were extremely helpful, particularly Vladimir who is the restaurant and hotel manager and he helped me a great deal as I needed to travel to Santo Domingo very early in the morning and he himself drove me to the coach station.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property

The hotel is perfect for a one night stay due to to its proximity to the airport. The room we were in was comfortable and spacious. It is quirky but was nevertheless clean. The shower was good. An employee of the hotel offered to drive us to the local bus station which was appreciated. although we could have walked, the street is very busy and not ideal for carrying bags on the sidewalk. An employee had also arranged a taxi pick-up for us at the airport.There was a free generous breakfast, not many vegetarian items but some of the dishes can be adapted upon request. The restaurant on site is excellent. We were a bit dubious about a sushi restaurant in the DR but it ended up being surprisingly good! The owner is really a lovely man and is very approachable.

This is of course not the hotel's fault, but it is situated just off the main road and throughout the night, you will hear a range of noise such as loud motorcycles and sound systems from cars. bring earplugs! You can walk down the street as there are a couple of restaurants but it can be quite over-whelming right after a flight!

It was lovely that the hotel staff remembered me. Breakfast was delicious but my dinner choice could have been better (sweet and sour chicken). Lovely clean and spacious room

I ordered a taxi via the hotel. I had had a bad fall and my arm was in a sling - the driver and his assistant in the taxi did nothing to help me at the airport. Didn't open door - nothing. I had great weekends on my arm due to the fall. Also driver texted on his mobile phone during the drive to the airport. I had to tall him to stop. This type of service brings down the good name of the hotel.

The staff were very attentive. The room was comfort an very clean. Very good air conditioning! At the lobby you can get what you need as water, beer and some other things. If you don't want to eat at the restaurant you can go nearby to other restaurants and at another plaza.

The hot water doesn't work in the morning, I have to take a cold shower, that doesn't bother me but my mom hate cold water. At night it was just fine, but in the morning even though I run the water a while didn't work.
