An unforgettable stay! We really enjoyed our vacation with Hotel Faranda Single 1! The hotel was very clean and the decoration was excellent. Wonderful location and great service! We got a warm welcome, beautiful rooms, great service, delicious food, the staff was nice and helpful we had really nice conversations and memories with Jade, Caro and Rodrigo. Nice dynamics, atmosphere, friendliness, humor, really nice to experience this with them. The hotel rooms are nicely decorated with a storage room , washer + dryer + iron, kitchen with fridge + oven + stove, a nice living room with a TV offering Google Chrome cast & a bedroom overlooking the pool. The bed was super nice to sleep on, felt like sleeping in the clouds and a nice closet with a big mirror. They have a gym, workplace and plenty of space to park. During breakfast you get a menu card, from which you can choose. We quickly noticed that everything on the menu is made with love. The 'tamarin' juice is definitely recommended. 😋😋 Alberto and Hillary made our mornings very nice. There is a big and clean pool & the hotel also provides transportation to their beach club, super nice beach with nice drinks and food. They are available 24/7 and ready to help if there’s anything. It is secured there by security guards and cameras so very safe. In 1 word EXCELLENT! I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Staff were amazing, check in was smooth. The room was really big, bed was comfortable and pool was nice. Food was very tasty

The view from my hotel was to an empty lot with abandon bus and trucks which made me not want to go on the balcony. The gym was under construction and the food choices were limited.

The rooms felt like a newly renovated large studio apartment. I would highly recommend this facility. Staff were friendly, drinks at the bar were amazing. And their breakfast was really good too.

Very new so some drivers weren’t familiar with location. Wish the restaurant on location was open for lunch or dinner while there but they will start in the future.

The entire staff was amazing!! From the desk staff to housekeeping, we were taken care of phenomenally. Eddie and Jamie in the restaurant greeted us every morning with a smile. Isabella was so thoughtful and kind to my mother when the coffee maker wasn't working and promptly brought her a replacement. J at the front desk was absolutely fabulous!! I will definitely be recommending Faranda to any of my family and friends visiting Punta Cana!!

The road into the property was confusing for Uber drivers, but that was the only issue we encountered.

- Guest Service was simply awesome both the check in and check out experience was exceptional - Francisco, Stacy and Rafael were absolutely amazing, helpful and super friendly - All these 3 people not made out stay at the hotel memorable but we were astonished by the level of service and hospitality from them! - They helped us getting a rental car, Saona adventure booking, helped us translating the language with everyone.

- Breakfast was awful no vegetarian options - Staff was helpful enough to go out of their way and make us some things to help us

The place is super modern. The interior design is gorgeous. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable with big kitchen giant bathroom and a nice studio bedroom. the restaurant is a nice little hangout place with two grade servers who would always greet you with a smile and a phenomenal cook. Everything on the menu that we tasted was delicious. The pool is clean and fun.

Since it’s a very new hotel, not all the features are up and running. The gym was under renovation. Some of the floors are not completely finished and the outside could use a little bit of a touchup. The TV didn’t always work to connectivity issues

Location near the airport and the mall but far from the beaches etc. Depending on what you want, that's fine. The pool is pleasant and the apartments are very nice. Staff is friendly. Having your own washing machine and dryer is very practical!

If you want to cook in this really great kitchen, you've come to the wrong place, because there is no equipment of any kind. It's enough for coffee and breakfast. However, after asking, it was possible to get a pot. For this price there is room for improvement, especially in terms of amenities (kitchen, balcony, etc.)

The staff were friendly and hospitable. Jade and Carolina are jewels. Breakfast offered at the hotel and dining staff were great, no complaints. The room was large and comfortable with modern furniture. Having a full kitchen, plus a washer and dryer in the room, came in handy. There are restaurants, supermarkets, hair salons, etc. nearby. I loved my stay there and will return when in the DR again.

Need a car if staying here. The hotel is located off of the highway, only one way in and one way out. If you miss your turn, you have to make a u-turn at the light and drive all the way down the highway again. Turn around and drive back up the highway towards the hotel. It is an inconvenience for those not familiar with the location. Other than that, great hotel!
