I would like they put someone bilingual at the reception desk and someone that can do the job correctly.

Reception desk person, she don’t know how to treat a guest maybe because I’m black.

Rachael is The Best!! Helped me with Everything!!! Relaxing, laid back atmosphere. I felt safe there...gated community. Loved laying out on the cabanas!! I'll be back for sure!!!

Such a beautiful amazing place. Felt like home. Pool area is quiet, clean & enhabits plenty of sun. The apartments are fully equipped & spacious but the best thing about the place is the managing director Rachel. Such a lovely lady whos so welcoming & friendly. I've been travelling for two months & from all the places I've stayed in I've never felt so welcoming. Thank you

The apt was clean and i had everything I needed it to cook and to relaz

The gate for the garage was always open and anybody could access inside the property. It was not 100% safe. One window lock was broken and they never fix it.

The stay was nice. The staff was nice.

I didn't like that the security at the "main gate" to enter into the neighborhood, where the hotel is located, kept trying to charge money/payment for entry, into the neighborhood. I am a guest at the hotel. I should not have to pay, every time I leave off the grounds of the place.

Pleasant atmosphere. Security gate. Nice pool. Apartments were comfortable.

Currency exchange. I asked to receive DOP for USD. They used 50 DOP, instead of the daily exchange rate.

Kitchen was good, staff was always there to help. It was quiet and very secure .I like the underground gated parking.

Occasionally ran out of hot water.

Clean pool. Good size and comfortable room. Nice people in the team.

In the first room we went, the bed sheets were not clean. I think they did not change them after the previous client. There were hair and stains on the sheets. But they gave us another apartment the next day. It was clean.

This is a very nice get away from everything. Need to calm down and relax away from tourist. The staff was very nice brought clean linen every other day. Walking distance to restaurant and grocery store. Very large apt. Very quiet.i will return

It’s a bit far from the beach , $10 Uber rides to the beach isn’t bad
