Wonderful hotel. We lived here for 12 days. Excellent service and very friendly staff. There is a transfer to the sea. The driver will take you to the sea with incendiary Dominican songs. The rooms are well cleaned and kept clean throughout. Enjoyed going to breakfast. Everything was delicious. Sad to leave. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room was nice and big, beds comfortable with a nice pool view. Rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast was nice, always fresh and switched a couple items everyday. Overall value for money.
Nothing in that location. However, Uber was nice and cheap. Some staff could have been friendly. But some were lovely.

the property was well kept and for a small property they out did my expectations the front desk staff was super professional but yet friendly and have great customer service we spoke english and for that they still tried there best to put up with our needs and understanding as they spoke a little English

The rooms and the comfy areas were good. Also, they offer free free transportation to bavaro beach and if you pay $20 you have food and drinks included in whala bavaro that is in front of the beach
The building doesn’t have elevator!

Rosa and el primo was freindly and profesional, they did a very good job, welcoming me and my family.
The TV not connecting to cable or to whala's internet. Therefore, had to connect it to my personal internet.

Pool area and bar was grear.
Room wasn't what I expected. Shower/Bathroom was leaking all the time. Wet towels left for us to use and when I asked for them to be changed that was an issue with reception which was unacceptable!

Lovely quiet property. Pool very clean. Good quality loungers and parasols. Bar not too expensive. Reception staff lovely.
Pool would benefit from a railing to help you get in. Large first step in.

Beautiful pool and clean facilities. Very safe. Rooms are big and spacious. Alot of options for breakfast.
No elevator. Nobody offered to carry our luggage to the room. I could hear the cars from the highway close by while sleeping.
