The hotel was great. I loved the set up and design. The room was very comfortable and we had an amazing pool & sea view. The variety of food was great and I loved the specialty restaurants. The stuff is very polite and friendly. A lot of cool activities you can choose & great gym equipped with everything you might need.

The AC in our room didn't go lower than 27C and it felt a bit hot. But we never called the reception to get it fixed so more of our fault. I think the alcohol was not the best quality (at the pool & beach club) so for better one you have to pay extra. What I didn't like the most: everyone (including people at the hotel) trying to sell you something at a very high price (excursions, additional hotel services), which was very pushy and they are practically chasing you.

Staff is generally not up to level for such a resort - very slow (ask for a simple knife or fork and see how long it takes), many are not nice or dont make the effort to be nice, some simply ignore you. The distance between the restaurant area and the beach is quite big and you need a buggy to take you. Unfortunately there is only 1 buggy doing the tour and many times it seemed we are waiting for a bus on rush hour - 20 people waiting, which cannot fit in 1 buggy.

Cleaning and beautiful, peaceful place to have a getaway from the craziness of the city and work and take some time to relax.

Staff sometimes could be more welcoming in a few stations, such as kitchen and bar. Food (breakfast, lunch and snacks specifically) can be improved. Although I made it clear that I wasn’t interested and did not wanted to spend hours of my vacation doing business, the Concierge was insistent to get me an appointment with management to receive the presentation about the hotel membership program, and management was a little rude after my feedback.

The property was beautiful and right on the beach. The Level is nice because then your rooms are right by the beach and the other restaurants/spa are either a short 10ish minute walk or you can wait for a golf cart, sometimes they'll stop and pick you up on the walk. We did the Level Stay Well because the website noted that Daily spa treatments were included, I couldn't find anything specifying any details regarding that inclusion. Upon arrival we were informed that it was 30 minutes back/shoulder or facial massage but they could be saved and stacked for a 50/80 minute massage. We were told they could not be upgraded to other treatments. We probably would have spent the same at the spa for the treatments we wanted as we did the Stay Well upgrade. Just something to be aware of when booking! The staff was lovely but we were misled into a time share presentation *we left* staff was cornering us after breakfast & offering us a massage or dinner on the beach if we went on a 15-20 minute tour of the other resort as a promotion. We didn't commit at first so then they kind of harassed us/stalked us to get us to go to this thing only to get there and find out it's a 45 minute presentation. We told them no that's not what we were told and went back to the resort. We really enjoyed the Mar De Sal restaurant & the buffets. The Level Lounge snack bar was really nice too! The beds were not the comfortable but there was a ton of beach and pool seating options.

Beautifully kept expansive of a resort. Very friendly staff & good quality of food at each meal considering it was all inclusive & catering for so many people, as the resort was huge.

Advertised as an adults only wellness hotel with spa, imagined it to be more quiet with out animation. Plus our room faced the kids & family section next door with the train passing frequently. Also never had any sun on our terrace at any time of day & inside the room was damp so could unfortunately not dry our swimwear.

The beach is stunning, the juice bar and the all inclusive "a la carte" restaurants, the vietnamese specially is really good. We experienced some issues with service the first two days but Ana and Jenfry reacted immediately and improved a lot.

We bought the Level experience but the room service was disappointing, the shuttle between the Level zone (beach) and the facilities next to the front desk sometimes was extremely delayed.

The installations are beautiful, the sea view is amazing, the beach is incredibly there are enough chairs but you have to appart them with a towel on the morning. The stuff is really kind, the bed was really good and the balcony also.

The bathroom door felt... and my 48 Kilo sister was really scare, according to the handyman, it was really common cuz the hinges were really cheap and weak. The hotel sent the handyman to repair it as quickly as possible, but didn't give ud something in reparation, etc. ALSO, my sister got sick, and the hotel told us that the doctors check on the nursery had a cost of 290 USD and before 8 am was 310 USD . I have been to other all included hotels were the nursery was free, so it was really sad.

Nice and friendly staff

The check in. It took super long and we were not given the requested two beds even though we arrived earlier and gave it to someone who arrived late. We were promised to wait and we would get two twin beds but it never happened . We were very disappointed and the manager were not too acomodating at all. We made this reservation with plenty time and I had to share ved with friend, because she did not even try to relocate us on a different day.

the property was clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed, staff was awesome and helpful. It was a peaceful and relaxing stay. I definitely will be coming back in the future.

while on the beach there are vendors that harass you constantly. While I’m vacation and trying to relax on the beach it’s quite frustrating that you can’t even read a book with out being bothered. not to mention the employees that hang around and constantly try and get you to book a massage.
