Location, while tours didn't pick up here, they did on whala!bavaro, or on Dalia's plaza which are both 2 minutes walking from this place. It's a super inexpensive way of spending days on Punta Cana/Bavaro.

Water smelled dirty/like the beach and was salty. People seemed lost and didn't know where this condo was located. As other reviews mentioned, there's a bar next door with noise, but luckily it didn't bother us. We also had to request additional toilet paper, as the one we got was really small.

The property for a short stay. The location is perfect, close to the beach and to the restaurants. The staff are always available if you have an issue and very friendly to recommend you some places where you can go.

Location is fine with plenty of restaurants around. Beach 5 min by walk. Lady in the reception is awesome, will help you with all. Room clean. Affordable price. Would stay again.

if you check-in after 10pm, you will be charged 20$. Kitchen could be cleaner and noise in the evening from the pub/bar outside the hotel. In shower needed to turn the warm water on by yourself, it's being off. Apart from this all ok.

Hotel is beautiful and very well located. Rooms are well equipped, cozy and air-conditioned. There's safe deposit box and TV there. Balcony to chill and common area including kitchen. It's been monitored and has three entrances for safety. Location is very central and near the beach. Over pubs and restaurants so be aware of the noise at night, perfect for people who like to go out. Staff is nice and helpful. Bathroom was spacious, clean and well equipped. Area felt safe, shop is just downstairs just like bars, pubs and restaurants. It's worth visiting.

It was clean. The lobby was nice. There are shared couches and a shared kitchen.

It was a shared bathroom on the top floor with no lift. There are no blankets. It has really loud music at the restaurants around there and it was hard to sleep.

Location, security, comfort.

Only thing missing was a minibar in the room.
