What I liked about Impressive was that there were a lot of pools to hang out at. The last place I went to only had one and it got over crowded often. The swim up bar was nice and the staff was great. Drinks were strong. Beaches were nice and clean. The property is huge and when you get there, they give you a tour of it, however, you're not going to remember where everything is. Gym is larger than other resorts I've stayed at. Room was clean and refreshed daily. I enjoyed the nightly shows too

The biggest disappointment was the food. It was boring and bland. The Italian restaurant was the best food I had there, pesto gnocchi and chicken parmesan. The buffet food was warm but not hot. The Japanese hibachi was decent but the steak was tough. I opted for the premium package which included premium drinks and access to the premium pools and lounges. That was fine at most places but some of the bars made you pay for the premium drinks, even though you had the premium wristband. On the last day, they took inventory of the towels, robes and hand towels but they didn't restock those accurately daily. One of the robes they took but didn't replace, both washcloths I had were not replaced and one of the towels too.

Best Value for money offer. We upgraded to Premium for less than 10 USD a person a day. It were worth it by acces to more beach arear, more bars and restaurants. But food Are the same. Nice arear Cozy planned lay out of resort and short walk to most things. We checked out, to try non All Inclusive life, and discovered that hotels and restaurants in Punta Cana Are not competive to resort prices. You get so much food and drinks for your money on the Resort compared to separate hotels and restaurants.

Pricewise nothing beat the All Inclusive offer from Resorts but Its generates a lazzy lifestyle and you could as well be in Mexico, because you only stay between the walls of the resort. All Inclusive Resorts Are Mass Tourism when Its most primitive and for people who Are indifferent of which country they stay in. If you dont tip the staff you become less important for them, to serve you.

The staff was excellent. Our concierge, Johnny helped me giving a birthday surprise for my girlfriend with balloons and champagne. Our waiter at the buffet, Esperanza, gave us an excellent service, as well Axel at Alebrije. Cherry and all the entertainment team were exceptional giving us party vibes. The room service was always on point. Pascuala at the Spa was also great. Jonathan and Espiritusanto were excellent bellboys. The Queen tribute was over the Top. MJ and the Dominican party were lovely.

We did not liked that we were told we had a romantic free sea view breakfast because we were Premium clients, instead it was a timeshare speech for 4 hours trying to lure us to buy the Extadian Club Membership. Advising clients that it is a sales pitch is recommended. The pools could use some maintenance throughout the day, to get the used cups from patrons and the leafs that dropped from the trees. More soccer and volleyballs would be great since there was only one available and always at use, we couldn't get to enjoy that ammenity. The power kept failing on a daily basis.

We stayed in the Premium tropical view room. It was beautiful. The room was very nice with a wonderful, large balcony. Our butler, Wilhbur was able to get us reservations at all the restaurants during our stay and they were all delicious. The activities director, Gasolina, was energetic and had a great daily activity schedule. Well done! Bartenders at all the bars were engaging and fun . Ordered room service two times for breakfast; it was free for premium rooms and was a great option. Vendors will try to sell you souvenirs, braid your hair, massages etc but will easily back off if you tell them no

We did have maintenance issues with our room by the 3rd day and they were never fixed. Spanish is the common language, so if you are not fluent, it’s hard to communicate well with the staff .

Hotel was big but not huge. So it made us really easy to move between facilities and going to the beach even though our room was "far" from the beach The staff was really nice, cleanness of the room was great, amenities of the room were great, the welcoming at the room awesome, they gave us new watter bottles every day, including sodas. We left our Garmin Smart Watch out in the sight in the room and when we came back after they clean the room, it was still there. Really honest people. All people try to be nice with you and attentive. Buffet restaurants were nice, except the premium one. There were less people but fewer options to eat and not as tasty as the ones in the buffets for everyone. Although you get free room service by having premium, otherwise will cost $10. Booking restaurants and ordering food through the web page is easy enough, very practical. Also it contains schedules and menus, so great.

Premium access is yes, a more private area but overall no big difference. Food was better at other places even though there were less people in there. Villa magna and on the grill restaurants didn't have much a difference in the food.

Amazing place to stay. Kind service always open to help and talk. Good food with a wide range of options. The bars are very good, good quality and they serve you exactly what you want. The entertainment is very good, with multiple options, from day to night activities for everyone. In conclusion, the value you get for the price is just fantastic and unbeatable. My recommendation is to for the premium, it completely worth the extra money.

Most of the bars closed very early

The grounds and beachfront were BEAUTIFUL. Never had an issue finding empty chairs to post up for the day. A/C in the room was great. We had a beachfront room, and the view was spectacular. Staff were very friendly. Restocked our room with water each day. Had a really good hot stone massage at the spa.

The food - at the buffets and the by-reservation restaurants - was not great. A meal we ate at the “Mediterranean” restaurant made us both sick for hours. Food safety (keeping items at right temp; not letting food sit out too long, etc.) seemed very lax. They had a market set up one evening with local vendors who were VERY aggressive. Would’ve enjoyed browsing/purchasing, but was so turned off by the in-your-face hard sell of it all, that we just left the area. We never saw/heard from our Premium butler after check in. Bed was uncomfortably firm.

Friendly and Helpful Staff: Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, willing to assist with any requests and making us feel very welcome. Premium Features: The resort offered a range of premium features that enhanced our stay and added a touch of confort.

Food Quality at Main Buffet Needs Improvement: While the resort offered a main buffet open to all guests, we found the food quality to be below our expectations. Inconsistent À la Carte Dining: The resort had several à la carte restaurants, but the variety was good while the overall quality was inconsistent. Only one of the restaurants met our expectations. Opportunity for Culinary Enhancement: We felt that the dining experience, particularly at the main buffet and most of the à la carte options, could be improved to better align with the overall standard of the resort.

The rooms were big and cleaned well. Food at the restaurants was very nice. Entertainment was very good Premium is worth it

Only one place for a big buffet dinner. The beach was a bit rocky and had more seaweed.

- Amazing location, around 30-40 mins by Taxi from Punta Cana airport. - Amazing beach with lots of palms and convenient on the beach bars, exactly what we expected. - Great staff in the restaurants, bars. - A lot of food choices in the main all inclusive restaurants with meat/seafood and vegetarian options. Not so good choices with restaurants that you need to book, most of them don't have vegetarian dishes at all.

- Room cleaning could have been better. Sometimes there was a smell from pillow covers, they were not fully dry. - Jacuzzi plug was leaking and wasn't fixed as promised by our butler. So we couldn't use it although paid for the room with Jacuzzi.
