Very clean . Beautiful property. Comfortable room .Beach pool and beach were great . Staff were very friendly and courteous. Concierge service very attentive . Had a wonderful relaxing time .

The food unfortunately was fair . Most meats and fish were overcooked and some hard to cut through and chew . The Italian restaurant was the worst for us (the food and service were subpar) . Don’t get me wrong you’re not going to go hungry … there is plenty of food to go around it just isn’t what we’ve experienced in other resorts. Central pool needs a cleaning and paint job . The tour “sellers” are somewhat aggressive . At one point we would have to change the paths we were walking in order to avoid them . I really want to give this place a 10 as we really enjoyed ourselves but the food was really disappointing .

The staff was super friendly. They were always available to answer any questions and point you in a direction if needed. The property was very lush and landscaping was awesome. We came from another resort property to this one and we wished we had stayed here the whole time instead of the the other property. Their entertainment was great as well. I highly recommend Impressive Resort.

Having to leave.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel, and since it was our first time in the Dominican Republic, it felt even more special. The room was cozy and comfortable, with daily cleaning even when we didn't need it. If we had any issues, they were resolved within an hour, which was very impressive. The dining experience was equally outstanding. We never had a moment where we weren't satisfied, whether it was at the various restaurants or the bars offered by the hotel. Everything we wanted was available without any hassle or long waits. The hotel grounds and beach were well-maintained, clean, and welcoming. Around 90% of the staff were friendly, helpful, and made our days more enjoyable.

However, a few were less pleasant, and it sometimes felt like asking a simple question would ruin their day. The only downside was the daily presence of about 30 different vendors, whether on the beach, around the hotel grounds, or even before meals. While we understand this is common in many resorts, it can be a bit much when you're trying to relax and have to say “no Thank you” so many times a day

Great location, lots of activities and services were all wonderful! Would definitely go again.

There were issues with our first room as the toilet kept leaking and stinking. Thankfully after the third time we were moved to another room.

All of the staff members we had a chance to encounter were exceptionally kind, cheerful and hospitable. Good selection of food, many activities in and outside of the resort. We didn’t have a problem booking couple of restaurants for dinner either in spite of warning reviews from guest who have previously visited the resort and had troubles making any reservation. The barmen were very generous with alcohol, we actually had to ask for smaller amounts in the cocktails. Comfortable beds, fine rooms in general, good housekeeping service. We have met many nice people among the guests as well, we loved the beach volleyball court. Overall great atmosphere within the resort, very enjoyable. I celebrated my birthday there and the Italian restaurant prepared a very lovely dinner ambience with a cake as a dessert. Nice opportunity to take a walk along the beach and see a bit of a dominican vibe outside of the resort as well.

The beach is quite a narrow strip of sand considering the large amount of guests. The beach vendors are quite annoying and their prices were ridiculous. Also parasols are available only for premium guests. The bar on the beach had a very slow service so we used to walk to the round bar beside the pool. The barmaid there was excellent in contrast to that. The buffet food selection was good and tasty, but don’t expect highest levels. We had problems with connecting to Netflix and called three times to inquire a repair but nobody solved this during our stay.

I like everything

I DID NOT LIKE The craft and membership vendors took away our peace of mind. They are extremely insistent and do not respect when a guest says no, and they take away our peace of The cleaning lady didn't put towels in one day and the next day she didn't put bottles of water in and when I asked for it she gave it to me, even though she was always in a bad mood every day. They put a bottle of wine in the room which I appreciated, but they didn't put wine glasses in. I asked for it for 2 days until they brought it, and the next day when we went to get the wine the cleaning lady had taken the wine glasses that were clean and in the end we had to drink the wine in coffee cups.

The staff was friendly and very solicit. Extremely sympathetic, kind staff everywhere. The hotel's maintenance was clearly awesome, the gardens were breathtakingly beautiful, swimming pools always clean and the water was warm. The beach was really nice and the water there was always warm. Food was exceptional at the buffet and in most restaurants. I absolutely lived my stay and would recommend to anyone wanting a fair price resort in Punta Cana.

The hot tub water was always really cold and it made impossible to use. The glass sheet we had in our shower allowed a lot of water to leak through and every time we would take a shower, it "flooded" our bathroom which was not very nice

You guys were not able to accomodate my check in date as requested. There were a hurracane Lee in New England and I called to inform but no response nor my money back. Very disappoitaning on that.

Check in was 9.16.23 but was not able to make it until the next day 09.17.23 - not my fault as there was a hurricane in Boston and flight was cancelled. I have another trip to Punta Cana in November and wish i was going to be here if accomodations and requests were a bit heard on my side.

We were very close to the beach, which was great. Employees were very nice and helpful.

The one issue was at the end of our stay spring break started and there was a huge influx of college students, who were not always courteous of others vacationing.

Great beach, location, and entertainment. Lots of bars restaurants and very easy to arrange all things. Also, the space meant that it never felt too busy.

Service was pretty slow overall. Restaurant and reception and shop staff didn’t look very engaged and seemed distracted. In addition, the cleaning of the drinks glasses was a little suspect as well.
