Staff: The team is incredibly friendly and always eager to assist. Special thanks to Dani at the front desk and Carmen from reservations for their patience and exceptional efforts in resolving my issue. Room: The room was large. Facilities: Guests have access to the sister hotel and its beachfront restaurant.

Payment Policy: Although the booking website states that no prepayment is required, the hotel charges the full amount through a third-party financial institution as an authorization immediately after booking. While this may be standard practice in Punta Cana during peak tourist seasons, it is not clearly explained on the hotel's webpage, which led to unnecessary confusion. Amenities: Unfortunately, our room did not come with a hairdryer or coffee maker.

The hotel truly met our expectations. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. It took about 6 minutes to walk to the beach, but the walk was actually quite pleasant. We had an issue with the bathroom in our room on the last day, and even though we were staying only one more night, the hotel accommodated us by changing our room. The breakfast was also very tasty and filling. Our room was cleaned every day, with fresh bed linen and new towels provided daily. WiFi was extra fast! Only words of praise, truly! We also had a situation where our reservation at another hotel was canceled upon landing at the airport. Fortunately, we were able to book Green Coast Hotel the same evening for a 9-night stay.

I had a terrible first day in Punta, I got robbed including my money pouch at the airport- as I arrived late the hotel staff and manager where eager to help me and make my stay welcome! They allowed me to stay and sleep in the room and treated me normal until I could sort something out- not once did they hassle me throughout the day (they got paid within 24hrs of my arrival). I found this very accommodating and was touched by the staff hospitality. The hotel for the price you’re paying is above standards! I found everything great during my stay and will definitely be coming back here to stay again.

The room is big enough, the hotel is well situated. easy access ,... the sector is secured. we went out at night walking long the street. easy parking too. Wifi is working well

Nice small hotel, helpful and nice staff. The junior suite was clean, beds were very comfortable. The beach is only a 10 minutes walk away. You can access the beach through the Mojito bar which is part of the hotel. You can get beach towels there also.The staff at the restaurant is very nice. If you want a massage or to braid your hair, ask for Mama Jenny!

Of course as a tourist you will be sollicitated by vendors there are many in the area. It can be annoying at some point, but overall they are nice and respectul. Be mindful of the tours and excursion packages that they will try to sell, some vendors do not give all the correct info.

This a small beautiful humble hotel, the staff specially Carmen and Johnny offer excellent customer service what ever you need they are at your disposal! This was a last minute booking as we were scammed by a rogue holiday company offering resort stays at low prices. Please book through a reputable source such as booking.com or rbnb. The breakfast here is very tasty and well portioned. Could not find any faults to our stay at this hotel, the rooms are a good size and the beds very comfortable. Theyre cleaning is spotless and theyre small private beach spot opposite the hotel is a bonus as in other places you have to pay a deposit to seat in a chair unlike here. Overall it's a hotel I would happily visit again in the near future! Thank you Green coast for excellent stay/ holiday.

Some rooms do not have a very good view.

For this price this is an ideal option. We booked for a few days after the cruise to have some more time at sea before flying to Canada. And we didn’t expect that it would be so good, and that the transit route would turn into a great vacation. Firstly, friendly staff, ready to help (we were given an adapter for sockets by the administrator, since we had just arrived). No surcharges for electricity or hidden fees. The room was clean, spacious, there was always hot water and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast is simple, but tasty and filling, looks very fresh and beautifully presented. We were pleasantly surprised. The beach is a 10 minute walk, you can also use Uber and visit other beaches.

Very clean and modern Scandinavian-style hotel. We have just rebooked this hotel for the last 3 nights of our holiday instead of an all-inclusive. Very nice breakfast and very helpful staff when we had a problem with the TV. Balconies big enough to sit outside and enjoy a cigar and glass of wine on. Definitely the best value hotel we have stayed in in Punta Cana. 5 minutes walk to the beach but we just used a famous taxi service (don't know if I'm allowed to mention it on here) for about $2.50 each way. Also a similar price for the taxis to the centre of Punta Cana or a ten minute walk. Very clean and comfortable rooms and showers. Can highly recommend for anyone looking for budget accomodation.

I liked that from the get go the Manager Francesca was helpful and spoke English too. Also Amin was very kind and helpful too along with the other staffs. The pricing was amazing , which included breakfast, safe, ac and hot water. Stores, restaurants , barbers and mini marts is right downstairs. The beach which is important to me was a 5min walk, just awesome.

It was on a main street that was busy. Also construction in the back and front as this place is really developing. I was still able to get a great sleep as the nights are quiet.

The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the WiFi worked well. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around. The hotel was near a private beach, which was a huge plus, and we enjoyed having WiFi and cocktails while relaxing by the water.

TV remote didn’t work —but we weren’t there to watch TV anyway!
