Unlimited everything it was fun for my first solo trip

all the reservation dining was pre-booked prior to My arrival so there was no reserve dining that I could try

the quality of the food it was really good, and the cocktails as well. The beach and the color of the water were amazing, I had never seen such colors in Bavaro, as I am used to staying in resorts located more in the north. I really recommend the spa and the massages.

I believe the hotel should place more sunbeds in the pool as it was difficult to find a spot all the time. I felt like the staff didn't involve much the people to sign to the different activities and sports. Maybe they only ask to those staying at the beach.

Entertaiment, activities...

After 20h of trip we came and got a horrible, smelly room in building 3. The receptionist immediatly told us to pay 135$ in cash and we will get a better room in a new building. We decided to see that 'old' room. The smell was horrible, full of mosquitos, so we had to pay him even though I believe he did that on purpose just to take money for himself as our room we payed there by credit card. I can't believe that they rent rooms in that smelly building, all other buildings are new and the hotel wasn't full.

The beach was clean.

The room didn't have an iron like before. There wasn't a phone connection in the room. The electrical connections had problems. They charged my card 355.00 dollars, but the reservation on booking stated 314.

Staff was super friendly, activities were fun, beach was beautiful and shows were good Loved the peacocks and ducks roaming around. Pools were all clean and never too crowded. We weren't traveling with children so we appreciated the fact that there must've been a lot for kids to do because we barely noticed them though we saw plenty at meal times.

Our ac was leaking but they eventually fixed it. I felt like they could have more bartenders but maybe it was busier than expected. There could've been a little more variety at the buffets. And, they really should have fewer vendors roaming on the beach. It can be annoying when you are trying to relax but every 10 minutes someone is asking you to buy something.

The property was nothing short of amazing!!! Small language barriers but overall it was great !! The food was veryyyyy very good !! You do have to make reservations at the gourmet and Asian restaurant though !! The buffets were 10/10!!!!!!! Breakfast lunch and dinner!!! Amazing

I had to beg for extra towels !! I was also charged an extra fee that I wasn’t aware about. I tried to contact the hotel to see if someone could explain but I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Check in took about a little over an hour and my room wasn’t even ready even though it took an hour for me to even get up to the desk.

The resort is just as pictured.

The buffet

it was small enough to walk anywhere, it had a lot of trees and a lot of green spaces. It was really easy to reach the beach and navigate the hotel. the animals were really pretty. the buffet was really good and abundant. the sos is amazing and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful.

the restaurants were mildly disappointing, the food wasn’t exceptional and there wasn’t a lot of variety. Room service was weird sometimes (came really early in the morning to clean the room when we were sleeping). There’s no basic first aid kit in the lobby.

Beautiful and nature environment to keep peaceful mind on the vacation, self booking kiosks for theme dinner, uncountable beach seats, peacocks, ducks and birds are moving around in the resorts, many bars for drinks and comfortable room

It was given a bad air-condition room, without fan n chemical smell in the room. after complained, the front desk make a quick change to an ideal room. Bad coverage of Wi-Fi n need to get a SIM card for the necessary usage. The carbohydrates drink a bit grade, not the branded one like Pepsi or coke or fanta.

bartenders were very friendly. staff was very helpful. beautiful property

our shower head was broken. dinner in the italian restaurant - a roach fell on my head, i knocked it off, it landed on the table and i knocked it to the floor. There was a bug in my husband's dessert that night as well. There was also a roach on an empty table next to us. offer more than wine and beer to drink in the restaurants. the american restaurant food was not very good.
