Unlimited everything it was fun for my first solo trip

all the reservation dining was pre-booked prior to My arrival so there was no reserve dining that I could try

the quality of the food it was really good, and the cocktails as well. The beach and the color of the water were amazing, I had never seen such colors in Bavaro, as I am used to staying in resorts located more in the north. I really recommend the spa and the massages.

I believe the hotel should place more sunbeds in the pool as it was difficult to find a spot all the time. I felt like the staff didn't involve much the people to sign to the different activities and sports. Maybe they only ask to those staying at the beach.

The beach was clean.

The room didn't have an iron like before. There wasn't a phone connection in the room. The electrical connections had problems. They charged my card 355.00 dollars, but the reservation on booking stated 314.

our shower head was broken. dinner in the italian restaurant - a roach fell on my head, i knocked it off, it landed on the table and i knocked it to the floor. There was a bug in my husband's dessert that night as well. There was also a roach on an empty table next to us. offer more than wine and beer to drink in the restaurants. the american restaurant food was not very good.

it was small enough to walk anywhere, it had a lot of trees and a lot of green spaces. It was really easy to reach the beach and navigate the hotel. the animals were really pretty. the buffet was really good and abundant. the sos is amazing and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful.

the restaurants were mildly disappointing, the food wasn’t exceptional and there wasn’t a lot of variety. Room service was weird sometimes (came really early in the morning to clean the room when we were sleeping). There’s no basic first aid kit in the lobby.

The property was nothing short of amazing!!! Small language barriers but overall it was great !! The food was veryyyyy very good !! You do have to make reservations at the gourmet and Asian restaurant though !! The buffets were 10/10!!!!!!! Breakfast lunch and dinner!!! Amazing

I had to beg for extra towels !! I was also charged an extra fee that I wasn’t aware about. I tried to contact the hotel to see if someone could explain but I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Check in took about a little over an hour and my room wasn’t even ready even though it took an hour for me to even get up to the desk.

The beach, the hotel activities like Yoga classes, painting, and the drinks are amazing. The side of the beach is a little dirty, I've found some plastic bags inside the ocean water. The food is delicios, they have a lot of options to eat. There are a lot of bars, near so you can have a drink The staff is nice

The beach was amazing, however, the pool opens at 9am and closes at 7pm, there's not enough time to enjoy the pool and in the afternoon it's too crowded. When we were there the door key didn't worked, I had to go to the counter agan so they activate it. They mentioned that you shouldn't keep it near to the phone.

Beautiful and nature environment to keep peaceful mind on the vacation, self booking kiosks for theme dinner, uncountable beach seats, peacocks, ducks and birds are moving around in the resorts, many bars for drinks and comfortable room

It was given a bad air-condition room, without fan n chemical smell in the room. after complained, the front desk make a quick change to an ideal room. Bad coverage of Wi-Fi n need to get a SIM card for the necessary usage. The carbohydrates drink a bit grade, not the branded one like Pepsi or coke or fanta.

I liked absolutely everything. The hotel is surrounded by greenery and a large part of it is a park, with peacocks and geese. The room had a view of the sea, but I think that wherever the view is, it is not a mistake. The room is large and spacious, the beds are large, wide and comfortable. Balcony with furniture. Wifi in the room, on the beach, around the lobby is satisfactory.The main restaurant with a large selection of food really, so if someone can't find something to eat, I don't know what they eat at home. Food from various salads, various meats, seafood, fish, lasagna, spaghetti, cakes, everything, everything. Fruit in abundance, juices and then alcohol and their cocktails at the beach bars. Similarly, on the beach, if someone is hungry, they can eat, refresh themselves with fruit or sweeten something sweet. The staff is really friendly, whatever you need they are at your service. The vacation was short-lived
