They could have made pool area more welcoming, they advertise chairs and umbrellas and there were none; also breakfast, while included was the same everyday. Also they don't speak the languages advertised, only Spanish, not a biggie

Location, breakfast is delicious, clean room, friendly staff, close to clubs, bars , restaurants, fast food, best night life ever. Transportation, taxi, bus, etc

The full size bedrooms are not equipped with everything it needs There’s a closet, but no hangers Tv but no control The bed was not comfortable but I did ask for a change and they were so nice about it, the room I received was 100% better with a bigger bed and more comfortable

Locals have a different name for this hotel. But I liked it. Right next to drinking point disco. Easy to get uber. O minutes wait time. I will stay again

Zulaica at reception were friendly, attentive and ready to help with anything. Excellent location near restaurants and bars . Spacious room, clean y comfortable bed .

Location not bad.. room was okay.. free breakfast.. quite cheap in terms of prices in punta cana.. would come back again..
