2nd year here and all was wonderful. Staff is always so kind and gracious. Property is neat and clean and the entertainment always fun

I was disappointed that I paid for privilege and did receive privileged benefits , but was not provided a privilege room. We were given a non privileged room that did not include all amenities we were told we would receive

The staff was AMAZING and so friendly!! There was always an activity to do/some sort of entertainment. The food at the buffet was alright but, all of the restaurants that weren’t buffet style had really good food.

I was upgraded to a privileged room because it was my birthday and it just wasn’t as clean as I thought it should be. The floor needed to be mopped BAD. We didn’t even walk around the room without shoes then some of the towels that were given to us were stained/dirty.

The place was beautiful, the food options were abundant. The best place to eat was the japanese restaurant. The beach was almost private.

Having staff people insisting and chasing you every morning to take you to the timeshare membership talk was very annoying.

Omg the resort is lovely, you feel like a queen from the beginning. They take your bag to your room and you can call when you are leaving for collection and also provide you with the best for you to feel like queen. The walking areas are well maintained and the reception is impressive. They have a mini shuttle bus that is working almost all day, it is nice because you can enjoy the views while you are in the shuttle an also get to your room. Also, they entertainment team is amazing, I was impressed with the energy they got and how they engaged people to participate in the activities they provided. The security team is very efficient, we forgot my friend phone on the uber and they helped us to get it back. That was a vey smooth process and we could get the phone back without having to worry too much. They got a very good logistics and security team. The room was huge with a garden view, it has a mini bar, coffee machine, a nice bathroom and balcony. There are a few restaurants and also a buffet where they give options to everyone one.. from national to international cuisine, for all tastes. They have live music and events every night, where you can dance for a bit before going to bed. And lastly, you can sit at 5:30am in the beach to watch an amazing sunrise.

I would put a long mirror in the bedroom to get ready and also it was a smell in the room that I think it was from the air conditioner.

The atmosphere is very laid back. The grounds were beautiful. The rooms were kept very clean. It was very quiet.

I was approached by men in white shirts and black pants coming out of the large buffet. I asked if they were selling something, they replied no. I knew they were and I told them no and to step away from me. They did and did not approach us again. We were told by other guests it was high pressure sales. The resort needs more umbrellas around the pool and on the beach. Very little English is spoken by the employees.

I like that although it’s all inclusive they have many options for you to purchase more items for your convenience. About once or twice a week they have vendors that come out and sell items. I like that they have shows by the bar, the bowling alley, the coffee shop to relax and sit, and the two pools

I wish that bottled water was more accessible. Sometimes it felt like I was upsetting them asking for more bottled water. Also maybe if they had one restaurant or late night food place stay open till at least 12am

The hotel is perfect for family trips. They have 6 restaurants and buffet with many options for meals, 2 nice and wide pools, a beautiful beachfront, several bars at the lobby, pools and at the beach. They also have a bowling and table games to play. The hotel architecture makes you remember the old English arquitecture in the Caribbean.

The breakfast opens at 7am. To me is to late, evenon vacation hahaha.

Nice hotel, clean and maintained rooms. Very good main restaurant. The coffee house is perfect!

The SPA is completely overpriced. The souvenir shop is overpriced also. Steak house restaurant is not friendly for customers alone, always "no place inside" even if inside are free places but for a couple or a company they always will find the table.

Everything was beyond my/our expectations ♥️ Loved the restaurants and especially the Mexican one. All staff at the resort plus restaurants were great. Miguelina at the Mexican & Elvin at the Route 66 and Marina are both excellent. Leandro at the Marina also very service minded and friendly. Actually there are more people/ staff who were great but don’t remember everyone’s names. The pool bar at the Privilege was great and so the staff. Entertainment crew the same and Pokémon did everything to get people engaged with their activities and successfully did so. Check in & out went smoothly. The pools are clean and the beach 🏝️ was really beautiful and clean too. I can go on boasting about this resort because it’s a great concept. Only one thing that I would love seeing a bit more updated is the gym. Everything else was great. Room service also great plus the food.

The gym could be upgraded/updated. Change the "bikes" into either 2 treadmills or one treadmill and one rowing machine 🙏🏽 Legpress into a modern one.

The hotel isn’t the newest or the fanciest, but it’s very clean, the food is amazing and the staff are the best you will ever meet. Two large clean pools with swim up bars, small but beautiful beach and the best views for lunch. Several excellent restaurants. Spacious hotel rooms - all white linen. Special mention has to go to Manuel, Joneiry and Yohan from the pool bars, Edwin from the beach bar, Alexander, Francesco and Carlos from the lobby bar, Yovany and Edwin the bar supervisors, Loly in Villa Marina, Francis and Diego the lifeguards, and ALL the entertainment team - Mini Cooper, Pokémon, Coca Cola, Cardi B, Bon Bon and boss Chocolate are amazing and work incredibly hard to include everyone.

the only poor element is the way some of the guests treat the staff
