Exceptional Stay at Central Park Tower I recently had the pleasure of staying at Central Park Tower, and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the level of professionalism and care from the staff was truly outstanding. The cleaning staff ensured everything was spotless, and the guest service team and management staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. A special mention to Karla, the front desk manager, who was absolutely amazing. She handled all our requests with ease, from travel arrangements to meeting our specific needs, and did so with such warmth and efficiency. Her exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was stunning, spacious, and well-appointed, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect—especially during the Christmas season. Without a doubt, I’ll be staying at Central Park Tower every time I return. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The best vacation of my life and all thanks to this aparthotel, I have been in 3 hotels throughout this month and it is incredible how in just one night that I was in Central Park they knew how to give the perfect end to my adventure, I don't think this space is enough to mention how much fun I had, beautiful social areas to record my tik toks, a refreshing pool. A place close to everything, restaurants, shopping malls, etc. and a first-class staff, the girls in the lobby super attentive to all the details and requests, a lobby available 24 hours and an apartment that looked sparkling, they gave me the best coffee of my existence. Thank you for everything, coming from the other side of the world I felt at home with y’all.

“I really liked how spacious it felt, especially with two bedrooms—it gives a nice balance between comfort and flexibility. The highlight for me was definitely the balcony with the jacuzzi. Having that kind of private outdoor space with amazing views makes it feel like a getaway right at home. I also liked how much natural light came in, and the overall layout felt really open and modern

The staff was very welcoming. The property has been upgraded with comfortable seating new painted areas and new lighting fixtures which made the property look more accommodating The common areas were clean and well kept. The sauna was very relaxing after a dip in the pool.

Sometimes the Security was not present to let you inside the property meaning you must wait until they return

Very responsive and convenient to deal with the Central Park Tower team, I booked only a few hours before coming, and extended my stay twice, ending up staying 6 weeks in total. I really felt at home.

The apartment is clean and provided towels, a roll of toilet paper, and napkins. Additionally, it also had plates, coffee mugs, utensils, pots and pans. The staff was very friendly and we're able to accommodate us for early arrival and we extend our stay very easily. I like that the building has a gated parking and security at the front desk.

My only issue is that the washer and dryer in our unit was out of service. I wish they would've told us that before hand. Our stay would've been more comfortable if we could have washed our clothes.

Stayed for one night. The one bedroom was very doable for a short stay like this one for a family of three. The space was very comfortable and everything works as intended.

While the space was very comfortable, it was cozier than anticipated. I would opt for a two bedroom in the future when booking here for an extended stay in the future for my family.

Location , Location, Location and the staff was great and responsive with and to all my concerns and I would definitely be staying there again ! There's a major Supermarket and the end of the block and a major shopping mall within a 10-15 minutes walk away from Central Park Tower ... Plus there's a barbershop and a few beauty salon's less than 10 minutes away ... Location, Location

Maintenance for plumbing system should be routinely check and updated, and it needs to be exterminate maybe ( Because of it being and older building and there's construction going on next door ) once or twice a year ... Also the hot water never came close to being warm ...

The overall complex was very nice. Clean. Very modern and pretty. Just like the photos.

Only reason they didn’t get a 10/10is because for some reason the en suite bathroom didn’t flush properly so we had to go all the way to use the half bath even at night. One night it overflowed lol
