location is great. Delicious breakfast. the rooms are big and spacious . I absolutely loved the spa area with the hot wooden boxes and the cold pool.

the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The location of the hotel is not in the middle of town, which makes it less noisy and busy. The garden of the hotel has many trees and plants. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Two of us had used their massage service, both of them said the price is very reasonable with good quality. The room size is fair and sufficient. However, the bathroom is a bit cramped, especially the shower area. Breakfast is rich and delicious. Overall this hotel is a good choice.

One down side is the music from a nearby amusement park until 10pm, which is quite annoying if you want to sleep earlier. Understand it is not controllable by the hotel.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The location was great, within walking distance to the plaza, restaurants and stores. I was happy they had laundry service so I was able to have my clothes laundered right before I returned home. The breakfast was more than enough. I was pleased to have a small pot of coffee and not have to wait for refills.

My room was roomy, but it had a couple of weird areas where rooms above you could look down into your room from above.

The room is very big. The hotel has a collection of amazing decorative things everywhere, the personnel was very helpful. The room has two balconies with beautiful view.

There is non- covered window on the celling and above the regular windows, so in the morning the sunlight penetrates to the room even if the curtains are closed.

This hotel is located in the best place in Banos. At the end of a street right up against the beautiful cliffs which bodes the town. It only 3 blocks up is the lovely garden square. There is a laundry facility a block up, the Blah Blah cafes serves excellent food at reasonable prices. If you turn right there, there is an excellent massage place that does traditional Chinese massage and reflexology.

The staff made all the difference in taking the stay from good to great. They were friendly, accommodating, professional, and willing to help however necessary. The breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of food and good table service. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Bathroom lighting was dated and the door squeaky. That's about it for complaints.

Very nice place with beautiful woodwork and creative artwork. It was cozy and warm with lots of green plants inside and out. My bedroom was perfect for one person with big bathroom, cozy bed, nice balcony. The staff were attentive and friendly. The breakfast was generous and very good. The location was two blocks from main street and town center.

Very little! I would have to get pretty nit-picky. It took awhile for shower water to get warm.

Warm welcome from Sue, private car park was available but there is the possibility to park in the street just in front of the hotel as it is a quiet area of town and still 3 min walk from the main streets. very convenient location. beautiful garden, very resting place in general. we had a nice room wooden tone with a balcony. nice breakfast. there is a school nearby so during the week there was a bit of noise in the morning. Appart from that, we had a resting time there

Very friendly host and other staff members. Great couples massage and very affordable. Good breakfast with fruit, yogurt, eggs and bread and cheese /meats. Good location close to everything we wanted to see and do.

Great couples massage, can book on the spot and very affordable, but the spa is only open on Saturdays currently so that was disappointing. This was not clear on Booking.com.

We liked everything! Nice that it’s on the outskirts of town but still close to everything - walking distance to bars, restaurants, thermal pools, bus station, etc. It’s near the trail to Mirador Bellavista and Cafè del Cielo too if you want to take a nice, rewarding hike. Our room was perfect - clean, cozy, beautiful balcony. I felt I could have stayed much longer than a few nights (we were only supposed to stay two but added a third!). All the staff were very sweet and helpful. They offered suggestions on what to do in and near Baños with a map, and also helped arrange where/how we would go to our next destination. Breakfast was delicious and filling! We had a beer from their fridge selection and sat outside in their garden to do some planning which was nice too. We took a steam box session on the last day and wish we had done it earlier! So relaxing, what a treat. Thank you!
