Amazing service (staff, food, rooms). Location is convenient (centric but not too much). The hotel support local initiatives (like coffee production, handycrafts, artisanal soaps, etc.)

If you look for a quiet room better you ask in advance because a few rooms are on the side of the street and it can be a bit noisy during the morning (when cars or trucks are passing by)

beautiful classic building , the beds were very comfortable . the spa in the basement is a nice addition .

the breakfast could use a different kind of bread . there is only white toast bread. please add some whole grain bread and maybe oats . the coffee was quite thin too.

Amazing place! Lovely location, brilliant rooms, cosy and beautiful building!

The staff was very kind. Nevertheless, some of the waiters at the restaurant need more training, I mean proper training so the service is improved. The waiting staff need training urgently.

We stayed here three times, twice in the comfortable Room 20 and once in the gorgeous and spacious Room 21. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast needs to be improved: lukewarm coffee and tiny portions of cereal, fruit and yoghurt.

The hotel is well located in the centre of town and our room (20) had a balcony and a peaceful garden view. The staff were welcoming, extremely helpful and friendly, and were happy to speak English when our Spanish failed us.

We love Mansion Isabela and always stay there when I visit Riobamba. The rooms are so comfortable and the beds huge. It's decorated in a beautifully simple yet classic rustic style which makes you feel really at home. The staff are great and always willing to help with a smile!

This time we were given margarine instead of butter with the bread, which for me, an English person, is not good. When I asked for butter i was told it had run out.

best hotel in Equador! Have been in many places in Ecuador, was really surprised about this beautiful hotel. Staff very professional, amazing breakfast, beautiful a la carte menu for the evening. All local, homemade ingredients. rooms spacious, very comfy bed, very clean! Am amazed by the whole experience. Will definitely come back!
