The staff were very attent and eager to help. I arrived much earlier than expected and they let me check-in and use the gym (which has everything g you need and Inhad it all it all myself myself whole time I worked out there) for a couple of hours while room was being prepared. There was a sufficient variety at the buffet during all meals and some really delicious options. I love the fact that the only thing you can hear from the room is the sound of the sea. It was perfect for disconnecting and getting the peace and quiet that I needed even though it was only a few steps from the centre of the town. I got a great deal on booking.com when I booked a couple of mo that ago so it was really great value for money.

it’s clean, and comfortable. There are also three different swimming pools and is right by the sea.

The fact that even though I paid for all inclusive. There was no water, soda or juices in the refrigerator of both rooms. I thought that when you paid for all inclusive is because you want to stay in the resort. I had to go out at night to buy water and juices.

Stuff people were very helpful and cordial always trying to make sure that I was enjoying my time there

I’m a morning person so I would like to be able to go for a swim and use the steam room a bit earlier than 9 am

Great location. The Ocean view room was confortable and clean. Beautiful view of the malecon.Very good breakfast buffet with a big selection of national and international food. The Staff was very efficient and helpful.

The property is a little run down

The hotel is very comfortable and relaxing. The beds are amazing. My favorite place to stay in Salinas.

Staff didn't answer my questions in the app on time. The room didn't have a bathtub as it was indicated. The hotel didn't give me the chance to choose my room.

Location is great, right in front of the beach! Breakfast is ok but nothing special.

This hotel is great value but starts to look a bit out of date.

Sleeping by the sea was very relaxing, would definitely go back again soon. The staff was very friendly and attentive! Regarding security, we felt safe during our stay. The food was delicious and varied. Recommended!

the many services that the hotel provides are worth the money you spend. the location. is great. i came during low season so weather wise was not perfect for me

the hotel can provide a better experience for people who likes the beach. it was just what we expected. more variety of food will be good as well.
