You book here for the views ... Not sure there are better spots to drink coffee in the morning or beverages at night and look at the pyramids and Sphinx. Beds were comfy, room was spacious enough and it included breakfast in our stay. Coffee was spot on. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Great people.

Some minor things that could be improved - shower caulking/mortar to keep water from exiting shower - breakfast was okay, but did not care for the meats besides the eggs. Can't be improved- outside location... Not on the hotel as that would need fixing by the Giza government regarding road.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I appreciated all the attention they gave me to make my stay enjoyable and pleasant.

The hotel is a great value, with a terrific view. The rooms are clean enough but perhaps could use a bit of a freshening upgrade. This is hardly a complaint--I really enjoyed my stay and the showers had very nice hot water and pressure!

The Location of the Hotel is great, with wonderful views of the pyramids from the roof terrace. The staff could not do enough to make our stay as good as possible, special mentions go out to, Mahmood, Ali Baba. Through Mahmood we booked a couple of the trips, the Giza pyramids and a trip into Cairo. The driver Amr and the guide Kahalid made the trips very enjoyable and interesting, they may seem a bit expensive but well worth the money. Don´t pre-book the pyramid light show as you will not get a better view than the one from the roof terrace, If you speak to Ali Baba he will reserve you a table, so you know you will have a good view. All we can say is all the staff from front of house to the cleaners were friendly and helpful.

The room had all the facilities, air-con, fridge and TV but was a bit tired. Mahmood gave us a room to leave our bags in on our last day, which was nicer. All we can hope is they refresh the reset of the rooms to the same standard.

Location was amazing with the most perfect view of the pyramids. Room was comfortable and clean, nothing extra special but everything to keep you comfortable during a short stay. Bathroom was clean and had warm water. Rooftop terrace gave panoramic views.

Staff (except wonderful housekeeping ladies) seemed quite unprofessional. Check in went good, but all communication after that was bit odd. Staff didn't seem to answer questions and rather offered their own tour suggestions. Staff showed up late to serve breakfast, they were sleeping on the entry couch when leaving early. We ate next door few times, and their reception staff was professional, so the contrast was crazy. Bedsheets were quite worn and almost felt "hard" on skin.

Very close to the pyramids, and the view from the rooftop is insane. We loved staying there just to watch the sun set on the pyramids, and then early in the morning to soak in the vibe. Our room was spacious, and the beds were so comfy we slept like babies. Breakfast was great, with a large variety of food. For me, the staff really made the difference. They are very reactive every time we needed something, and they are very helpful and really human. When we left, we needed a car and they arranged it for us. I will stay with them again without any hesitation next time I go back to Giza.

Nothing, really.

For a two-day stay in Giza before joining a tour group in Cairo to see much more of Egypt, I chose this hotel and this specific top floor room (114) for the view of the Sphinx and the pyramids of the Giza Plateau. The view from the room's veranda is superb, as good as it gets in Giza, right across from the entrance to Sound & Light, the Sphinx totally unobstructed. Else, the hotel is tired and the room's furnishings minimal. The veranda door is shot; it took herculean strength to open and close it. The shower head was falling apart, and showering flooded the bathroom floor, whose drain was across from the shower. Okay, so the room was a little rustic, but it was indeed clean, bed was comfy, and the VIEW was great. Bonus: the breakfast, served by the very jovial Ali Baba, was terrific for such a small boutique budget hotel. Falafel & beans, egg, meats, cheese, breads, great coffee, more than you could eat; the plates kept coming while I was photographing sunrise.

The view took our breath away! You literallly can't beat it in Giza. The staff were wonderful and very helpful, nothing is too much. Fantastic location right opposite the pyramid complex. Amazing breakfast every morning and very reasonably priced restaurant, we ate there every day. Literally opposite the sound and light show (though prepare to be disappointed by it - nothing to do with the hotel.) Lovely hot showers. Windows came up a lot in these reviews, we didn't book a view due to availability, and I couldn't care less about not having a window. It meant it was quiet, and I'd much rather be sitting on the rooftop with that view! Gorgeous sunsets.

The trips offered are a bit too expensive, we took one and it was a wonderful day, but we did the rest independently. Shower drainage needs a little attention.

We are a family of 4, both kids are young adults. This location is perfectly placed for a visit to the pyramids. We had a family room, #109, with a wonderful view of the pyramids and partial view of the Sphinx because of the trees. The roof top area of the hotel is perfect for breakfast with the pyramids or to view the Sound and Light Show at night for free. We were fortunate to have Ali Baba serve us for breakfast each day and he was able to reserve us a table along the front for dinner and the light show. Thank you Ali Baba for the attention to detail to make our stay extra special. Hopefully the gift of the American flag glass magnet will remind you of our visit.

We didn't like leaving. This stop was the highlight of our visit.

At first, you hear all these things about Cairo but the staff at his hotel were exceptional. Honest and very friendly. ALI BABA thanks for the breakfast. Staff at reception very kind and helpful. The location was suburb, you can see the pyramids from the rooftop and also from out room balcony. Free pickup from the airport and the driver Khalid was so nice. They arranged for us to go back to the airport as we had lots of luggage, more than happy to pay a little extra. The drop off driver went out of his way to drop us at the right terminal. SAAD, ABDU at reception thanks again. If I ever go again will choose them.

It's in giza so far from downtown. Bit noisy outside with roadworks but not the hotel fault. There's not much to complain.

Excellent location. Directly in front of the ‘Sound and Light Show’ entrance, so you can see it in the evening from the rooftop. Great to wake up and see the ancient pyramids out the balcony glass doors from bed. Clean inside. Got beer and wine at rooftop bar, which was nice during the night light show

So much trash in the neighborhood. Our window looked over a large trash pile just a few dozen meters from the hotel. I get that it isn’t the hotels trash, but one would hope that some pride might be taken as a neighborhood to do some collective cleanup.
