It's clean, facilities are fairly ok compared to the age of the building, breakfast is very good and most of the staff are super hospitable and professional.

The bellhop was a bit pushy to carry my small trolly bag, also I didn't like the "no visitors" unannounced policy, I had a respectable personality who was pulled back from the elevator, it wasn't nice really, also when I required a room facing the nile, the hotel replied to my request through this platform with a certain price of reduction, when I reached them the prices was 10 times doubled.

I really enjoyed breakfast time. The manager and staff were very kind and friendly. We were served very delicious food and experienced a few other Egyptian dishes. Staff at Reception were generally very helpful as well.

Our rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. We could notice that room service was partially done and perhaps no cleaning detergents were used, as we always noticed dirt from a previous day in some areas of the room (bathroom basin area, bedroom cupboards and dirty glasses were left there all week)

Swiss Inn Nile Hotel is a wonderful place with a great location, very close to Dokki, Agouza, and downtown. What I loved the most was the warm and friendly reception from the front desk staff, especially the reception manager, who kindly upgraded my room to a suite. I also appreciate the bellman for his excellent cooperation and assistance. Highly recommended

The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful, especially but far from exclusively Sayed and Mahmoud, they went over and above their roles for making my visit memorable. I was on a return visit from the previous week and my return was recognised by all, along with a great welcome.

There is a refurbishment programme going on and the rooms awaiting refurbishment are a little tired, but they are still comfortable.

The location is great, helpful staff, nice roof pool and the staff on the roof restaurant are very nice The view and setting on the roof is very good

The elevators can take long time to come and cause some delays There were some construction work on the fourth floor and that caused lots of noises for the first two nights of my stay, however, when I contacted the manager, they changed my room to a higher floor away from the noise

Staffs are perfect. They always try to help you. Management very professionals and well organized. Breakfast and Cook man really good.

One of my favorite hotels in Cairo. On one side, you see the magnificent Nile river and Pharaoh Village while just a few meters in the back of the hotel is a traditional Egyptian neighborhood with shops everywhere that sells everything from daily essentials to furniture, electronics and so on. The rooms are very spacious and we were lucky to book rooms with magnificent views of the Nnile river. The roof-tpp swimming pool is superb with ship-like structure and panoramic views with the Nile River. All in all, it was a very memorable experience and the hotel has become my favorite spot for a quality family time in Cairo.

At the beginning, I noticed that the hotel front desk staff were treating customers based on their nationality (priority to Westerners). I made a complaint to hotel management and it was received positively and I noticed a significant change after my complaint. We became all friends with all hotel staff to the point we had a Ramadan breakfast time together like a family so it was a problem that resulted in positive outcomes for everyone.

The staff was kind since he came to support me to load my baggage on the trank room of the taxi even though the driver didn't help. Moreover they helped me on some small things, those had me felt comfortable.
