Booked this hotel for two nights before a tour started to be close to the pyramids and see a bit more of the authentic side of Cairo not the resorts and five star hotels, but was greeted with 5 star service from manager Manaa. From a smooth airport transfer to showing me great places to eat, organising tours and getting me supplies I wanted from supermarket the service is second to none. An amazing authentic breakfast is included in the very reasonable price, the rooms and hotel and very clean and spacious. Massive shower, and great spa bath. View of pyramids is great from the room I booked! Felt safe and looked after as a solo female traveller I would come and stay again when in Cairo next

Water pressure was a little lacking

Everything is great the hotel is amazing stuff so friendly they are serving the breakfast is delicious I recommend this place is anyone looking for relaxing they also offer daily tours it's was perfect high service our guide he knows alot of the Egyptian history amazing view from our room and rooftop as well I saw the sunset it's wow I was looking for the best place I was look for to stay and enjoy my vacation Room is big beds comfortable everything is clean reception team is perfect and great hospitality especially the welcom drink I love it Hibiscus team I asked them to take some with to my home they offer me some for free charge and told how can I make it at home Thanks guys for every moment you maked our stay nicely and happy See you next time soon

Ideally located, very close to the great pyramids. One can actually walk the distance. The guest house is on the fifth floor of the building. There's an elevator and a parking in the basement. The room was very good, clean and well maintained. Washroom was spacious and clean with a shower and a geyser for hot water. Television, air conditioner and WiFi are provided. Breakfast used to be awesome. The guys at the reception were wonderful, kind and always ready to help out, especially Mohamed Saber. He is well behaved, well learned professional and will go an extra mile to help. Overall I had a very comfortable stay.

Extremely welcoming management, willing to assist any request. Very fair price for additional menu, quite delicious food. The breakfast was simple but so well-cooked so u feel the good start of the day and don’t bother yourself with any food management I additional ive asked to help me out with flight booking - management execute it in a very professional way, provided with complimentary transfer service to the airport. Rooms are fully renovated and it feels very very cozy Highly recommend to use the place for your visit to Cairo

Hot water issues, but guess its the general problem in Cairo, not particularly the hotels.

A really nice affordable guest house with a nice view at The pyramids from there terrace. We arrived very early at the first day and we could check in without a problem. They even made us a breakfast on the first day. They also provided us with a driver that was waiting for ur at the Cairo airport and it was included in the price. Breakfast was okay and served on a terrace. Ànd there is also the bed. I have to mention it because it was incredible comfortable. Probably one of the best beds we slept on in a while. Our room was looking at the quite busy street, but hey. You're in Giza. Every road is busy 😄

AC heating didn't really work and we wouldn't mind if we could eat breakfast somewhere inside because it was a little bit could on the terrace in the morning.

Its good value for money! The rooms are spacious with big bathrooms and comfortable beds. Special thank yous to Mahmoud. He is the most kind and helpful guy we met in Egypt. He made our stay even more enjoyable that it was. The women that prepared breakfast were always ready to help and Mahmoud even packed us breakfast to take with us to the airport because we checked out early in the morning. He is the best!!!

The water pressure could be better but you can easily take a good shower.

Perfect stay. Good location close to the pyramids and Grand Egyptian Museum. Staff is very friendly. And the hotel is very clean and not noisy! We extended are trips for 2 weeks straight here I would definitely recommend this.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. They were so accommodating with all my requests like late checkout and exchanging money, and the rate was the actual rate, no extra commission! The WiFi was really good and fast, and the hotel was so quiet which was brilliant as I needed to work (also the aircon isn't loud so yiu can easily leave it on whole you sleep). The breakfast is delicious too, and very big. I am a vegetarian and most of it was meat free which I was very happy to find. I can't recommend this place enough!

This was my first time in Egypt & the customer service was Incredible! The Driver Walid was Exceptional & took me wherever I needed any time of day. Very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I had a good time. Making my trip very memorable. My luggage was delayed for a few days & Abdul Rahman took me shopping & helped me get everything I needed at a great price. Really going above & beyond to make sure I was ok. The Owner Mohamed is Amazing & contacts you right away to give you tips. I felt so safe and looked after as a girl traveling alone. The room is very Modern, clean & Cozy!! The Breakfast was big & Delicious.

Our best accommodation in Egypt. Staff were super kind, and the breakfast was amazing! Super clean, equipped with a small kettle, teas, coffee, and water. It's also a 6-minute drive to the pirymides too.

The shower was a bit tricky leaked all over the floor. And the 8 jets of water were tough to sincronize. The 2 main taps weren't twistable in the water opening.
