Housekeeping (Salma), she was very talented and dedicated in her job, I like her touches in the room. Restaurant was very good and the staff their was super nice and works efficiently (Amal). Front desk all the time was helpful and nice (Mohee).

Health club Gym room there was no tissues to clean the equipments after each use especially the benchs!!! I saw some stuck stain of old sweat from pervious person and this thing was disgusting and not good. The peoples in tours desk in the hotel wasn't honest ever !!! I made a deal with them for 1 day tour in the pyramids,but when we went in the location I found different things we have been sold to other people just to get more benefits (money) from us. I don't recommend any guests to make any deals with them.

The room is good, clean, comfort, the location is good, the breakfast is not bad, not really rich especially for contintental and International, the Oriental side needs to be developped, the staff at the reception, and room service, and cleaning room are fantasctic exept the staf of breakfast, they re ruse, slow, and some do not hesitate to harrasse the women clients. They must be careful.

The staff at breakfast time at the restaurant, they are slow, and rude. At the Oriental breakfast restaurant some named Abdelghani Rami is really rude, and has to pay attention, and stop harassing, because of him,I stopped going to the breakfast time to avoid him.

recently stayed at your hotel, and overall, I had a pleasant experience, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. I would like to extend my special thanks and appreciation to Ms. Rana from the Housekeeping Department. She was professional, attentive, and ensured that my room was always clean and organized. Her efforts truly made my stay more enjoyable, and I am grateful for her excellent service. At the same time, I have shared a few observations and suggestions with the hotel management for further improvement. I trust that the team will consider them to enhance the guest experience even more. I also want to sincerely thank the Customer Service team, especially Ms. Nada, for their excellent support and responsiveness. They showed great care in addressing guests’ feedback and observations, which reflects the hotel’s commitment to continuous improvement.

The hotel is clean, cozy and located in a central area that is close to everything.

The parking garage is very bad. No light, dirty and cars are parked on top of each other so it takes time to pull your car out. For example, once I was late for an appointment because there was a car parked in front of mine at the parking garage. I ended up having a crash since I was very stressed. Also, parking guys hustle you for money even though parking is free for hotel guests and 12% service charge was paid before check in. Secondly, I wish the hotel either stops charging the 12% service charge so we should tip workers or the hotel distributes that 12% to workers so they do not hustle guests for tips.

1) long established hotel with a business feel. The staff were excellent; professional, attentive and eager to please. 2) nice, relatively quiet residential location yet only two Metro stops to Tahrir square and the Egyptian museum. 3) huge bed. 4) excellent buffet breakfast in nice surroundings.

1) we couldn't get the air-conditioning to make the room warmer. 2) not a place to eat an evening meal - no atmosphere. 3) at breakfast the junior staff were over enthusiastic about clearing away plates and not enthusiastic enough to offer more cups of tea and coffee.

Checked in and was given an upgrade and 4pm late checkout all free of charge. Manager, staffs and the location. Short drive to everywhere. They were always willing to help and went that extra miles for us. Thank you!!

Room outdated… on the last night, the clears decided not to clean the room as we were checking out the following day. We called the house keeping and he did come but chose not to hoover the room amongst other things. We had to call up again and ask for the hoover as we were travelling with 22months old and she was picking up everything from the floor and putting it in her mouth. I end up hoovering myself, which I didn’t mind.

Location OK. Breakfast very good, I'd say even impressive in terms of assortment and quality ! We tried two of the available Restaurants, also very well managed and good menu/quality/price, highly recommended. The swimming pool area is super nice and you can have dinner there. The surrounding area is very lively. In 10 minutes you can be in Zamelek and in 20 minutes Downtow Cairo. Metro Dokki is also very close and there is plenty of local shops for food, fruit, street-food, restaurants, bars open until late evening. It is a residential area for local people, with several embassy and schools. Very safe at any time, also for walking alone.

We asked to change room 2 times because of the noise coming from the roof (air conditioning exchangers ?) and finally they were so kind to upgrade to a better level room (still a bit noisy, but very acceptable in Cairo city center). The furniture in the hotel is also a bit vintage now, but in a good condition.

The hotel is located in central Cairo, in a pleasant residential area where everything is close by. It's a safe neighbourhood, and the hotel itself feels very secure—especially for solo travellers, including women. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Mr. Yahia Ragab, the manager, was exceptionally courteous and professional, and all the front desk staff were attentive and readily available. The food is superb—don’t miss the breakfast bar! They serve fantastic falafel and the freshest foul I’ve ever tasted. A special thank you to Suzanna for her delicious cups of tea. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay, allowing me to complete all my work without any issues. The restaurant is cozy. While the menu isn't overly extensive, the dishes are well-prepared, clean, and satisfying. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
