I enjoyed the beach and the pool surroundings especially at night

I hope my review will be insightful for the hotel management . There were two people at the reception desk , one of them , Mohamed , had a fake welcoming smile and was not experienced enough to handle unexpected issues that might come up : I had a late pick up car , he should have asked us to wait in the hotel lounge and made us feel we were still welcome at the hotel after checkout time ; which would have made me feel at ease and less stressed The other person , Ashraf , did not always smile but he always made sure that we were happy and our needs were met

Everything else was great except the group from Alexandria Riders group.

There was a group of guests from the Alexandria Riders and they were extremely loud and noisy to the point of almost encouraging us to leave the hotel to any other hotel. After knowing that they are regular guests, we will surely ask next time we want to book in case they coincide with our dates to book at another hotel for my family. Also the hotel needs maintenance.

Its was fantastic vacation the food was excellent and room is very clean and quiet i love it The beach was very clean and I loved the it was sandy not rocks, the staff were very welcoming, shisha available, activities on site available, it felt so cozy and welcoming, would love to go back! I've travelled all over egypt but this one is my favourite out of all with it's excellent service, food and fun

If you're not all inclusive you have to pay even for water and they're expensive I got 2 bottles from the market for 30 and in the hotel for 130 If they made the water free during the day atleast then it would be more comfortable PLUS we were 2 people in a room and everyday they only gave us ONE water bottle

As a hotel owner i will tell my experience so they can improve their service and help other people. First the reception when i arrived in the evening shift was a bit cold. The guys at the Frontdesk in the morning were great and helpful. When i took the room the toilet has a problem but they fixed it right away. The AC in the room makes a lot of noise i couldnt sleep the first night bt then i got used to it. Service at the restaurant was great, there was no service at the beach u need to go to the bar to order. Food was good in the morning and the evening. The food at beach ill give it 7/10. Maintaince guys were polite and helpful and Housekeeping guys also were gr8 and leave everything clean top notch. The gardens and plants were well organized and tidy each day there were people trimming and cleaning and cutting branches. Overall clean hotel, sweet and polite stuff, food was good and service was great. Rooms were spacious with rolex green theme. Spa service was good and relaxing. Cheers and Thank u.

Heaven on Earth. My home land. One of the perfect hotels in the area. It has a 2 mins walking distance to all in house facilities (beach, gym, pool, diving and surf centers, restaurant..etc). Rooms are amazing in spaces, amenities, bathroom with bathtub and drier, TV and kettle. Pool is amazing of an almost 22 meters length with an attached fun pool for kids. It is very amusing seeing guests around in lanes for tens of laps. Beach is clean thanks to the 24 hrs team services. Water is amazing and clean as well. Food is versatile with good quality. Hotel chalets are either ground or two floors height so you have sky view from everywhere. Team is humble and professional. April was my stay there and weather was like perfect. It was Eid Fetr season and I had a nice gesture of Eid kahk complementary in the room (special feast cookies). Thank you team keep this up to level.

The only thing to be improved is the gym area. Room is very small with almost no equipment. Also the multi purpose machine has the wire almost torn up with huge risk if nobody paid attention.

We loved everything about this hotel! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a nice atmosphere. The hotel was perfect it has everything yet not very big, and not a lot of stairs, which was perfect for my mom ❤️ The food was amazing and very fresh, We felt the Eid with cookies and festive good. The staff were very helpful and kind, a very special thanks to Miss Karen " guest relation manager " she helped us a lot starting from arranging the rooms to suit the extra bed to the end by making us stay after the check out so the children enjoyed every moment. Great for a family trip 💓

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire hotel staff for making our holiday stay truly memorable. The prompt and courteous responses from all teams, e.g, the housekeeping, reception, restaurant, and the beach service teams, they made all the difference. A special thank you to the gardeners for keeping the hotel’s green spaces vibrant and beautifully maintained. The high-quality breakfast and dinner were a delight every day. Every member of the staff was polite, friendly, respectful of our privacy, and always cooperative. I especially appreciated the warm greetings and smiles that greeted us each time we passed by. My kids felt safe and secure, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you once again for your exceptional service. We look forward to returning in the future.

If I could make one suggestion, it would be to separate the single beds in the room. Keeping them stuck together somewhat defeats the purpose of having single beds. Also, it would be helpful to have animation team.

This is our 3rd stay at the swiss inn. We love it. It is the perfect mix of a bit of luxury with beautiful mature green gardens and a friendly, warm, relaxing feel. The attention to detail from all the staff is really high everyone is warm, helpful and professional. special mention to Ekramy super nice to see him again, but also others we know and new people we met for the first time. Didn't get to meet chef Ali who made the best om Ali we ever tasted so please thank him. The food is always of a really high standard fresh, varied yummy and we love lunch at the pavillion restaraunt. Thankyou again, we look forward to our next visit.

Excellent Hotel team with friendly, welcoming and caring service staff. A lot of key staff members are working in the hotel for many years. We met several guests which are coming back regularly. Views from the 1st floor Sea side rooms are exceptional. Rooms are very clean. Air condition in the room is is well set. Every day there is a free bottle of water in the fridge. Breakfast is very rich. Coffee from the machine tastes very well. Every evening a different dinner theme mixed with local Egyptian food. Drinks and food which you take off half board are reasonably priced. There are a large number of front mere beach sun loungers. Maybe because we were a bit off-season. Directly at the Hotel beach there is a WindSurf Center. We took lessons there and can also recommend this. The hotel is ideal for windsurfers. It is probably difficult to get a better location and price-Value deal for a Windsurf vacation than in Swiss Inn. Kitesurfers, however, have to beach walk from the Hotel about 15 Minutes to the Kite center at the Lagoon where Kiters are allowed to start.

The Orange juice at the breakfast which was not freshly pressed. This is rather a detail and beside this, there is hardly anything else which we could criticize.

Staff were amazing thanks to Mr. Ashraf at the reception who made sure not to keep me waiting for the room to be ready even though I arrived at the hotel at 4am. Thanks to Karim and Fahem at the beach bar for the prompt good service. Thanks to Ahmed and Mohamed and all the people I forgot to mention. You were the best thing about my stay. Food was very good with variety every day. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast and lunch open buffet. Thanks to all the staff at Al Khaima who made sure that i enjoyed my meals.

There is only one bar at the hotel which is located at the beach. If you are to use the swimming pool and wanted a cocktail, you will need to go to the beach to get it. Even though it was an all inclusive stay, the hotel had a system where the guest needed to sign a $0 bill every time I ordered a beer or a bottle of water. Unnecessary little inconvenient.
